Very clean hostel Great location Great Value and very helpful & friendly staff . Best Hostel in all of Malta . Can't wait to go back to this Hostel on my next trip . Thanks for a great stay best hostel ever stayed in .

The hostel is clean, comfortable and offers a great cost-benefit. Its located only a few minutes walking from Paceville and San George's Bay Beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I definitely will recommend it.

Great Place to Stay in Malta

The hostel is located in the best place of Malta, right in front of EC and few steps of Paceville!
Air-conditioning and wifi in all rooms!
Talk to Fernanda, she will do her best to host you as better as she can!

Great hostel and fantastic location!

This is the worst hostel what i visited in my life, and i definetly cant recommend. 

First: people who live here are disrespect to others. Around 2AM they started open light, music, i couldnt sleep. 

4 AM i Woke up again, because someone have been IN MY BED!!!! 

And at morning they woke me up again because they needed a cigarets from me.

I cant solve that directly because noone from the staff have been there. When i wanted solve it around 8AM the ladie form reception tell me: “oh, fine but i need my coffe and breakfast first”???????? 

She didn’t solved anything- she laughed when I speak with her seriously - because it is not usually and absolutely not normal!!!!!! 

This was disaster, i didnt feel there securely, and i recommend you, stay away from this hostel. 



Terible and again: terible - stay away

I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this hostel. 
The location for traveling around the island was good as the hostel is right beside the San Giljan bus stop and a short walk to St George’s Bay as well as lots of bars and restaurants. 
The room I stayed in was basic which in itself wouldn’t be a problem but there was lots of issues that made my stay less than enjoyable. I stayed in an 8 bed mixed dorm. The beds had no privacy or no lights by the bunks which meant lots of fumbling around in the dark! The bathroom door had no lock which made me very uncomfortable as it was a mixed dorm. Each bed has a corresponding locker but 2 of the lockers didn’t work. The shower in our room also broke during my stay and wasn’t fixed by the time I left a day and a half later. Other than a quick mop of the floor and the bin being emptied I don’t think the rooms were cleaned. I stayed 4 nights and no linen or towels were changed in that time.
The kitchen counters etc were cleaned each morning (I was up early for a day trip so met the guy cleaning at 7.30am) however the fridge was quite filthy. So many people sharing it meant it was probably never cleared out properly. I had left food in a bag in the fridge overnight and the next day there was some red goo all over the bag. 
The kitchen and roof top are nice areas but I didn’t find people were very friendly (except when there was a power cut and the whole hostel was up there.)
The front door was not very secure, twice during my stay the door was open so anyone could access the rooms. 
The staff I met were nice and helpful when they were there, which was sporadic...I was trying to check out at 9am but there was no sign of anyone. 

I had left it quite late to book my Malta accommodation and thought it wouldn’t be too bad after reading the reviews but I won’t stay again.

Wouldn’t recommend

spent 2 weeks in this hostel.  the staff is super and helpful.  the building is new and very welcoming.  air conditioning and very neat and clean rooms.  lovely terrace to have dinner and relax.  Close to the famous paceville.  quiet location without noise.  definitely my next hostel when I return

Fantastic experience

We visited it as suggested by word of mouth.
Since we got inside the Majoliche, I knew we were in the right place, warm and friendly welcoming without too much pretentious attitude.
My son did not want have fish or pasta, Fabio the owner was extremely swift to accommodate my son by getting a pizza for him , thank you so much for the unexpected kind gesture.
On the other side, besides the menu we were suggested some specials, which we choose from. Fritto misto and octopus on cream of potatoes and sarde polpette, all delicious , fresh calamari rings, gamberetti and alici, just the right crispness, you could say that it was extremely fresh, the octopus was also the perfect combination with the creamy potato and the sarde polpette something extremely soft inside and crunchy outside with the caramelised onions, fantastic. 
I went also for the homemade spaghetti with vongole , simple ( Divine ) 
Creamy sauce , al dente and again perfect pasta texture and delicacy!!! 
By the way the cannoli concluded the great dinner ....mind and sense blowing 
11 out of 10

Came over for a 4 night stay at this B&B to celebrate my birthday as well as the New Year. The host was an amazing wonderful person who was willing to help us in all respects. Because we were there at the end of the year, and we hadn't booked  a New Year's evening dinner, and her restaurant was full - however, she was willing to provide us dinner in the apartment, which was awesome! We were given an apartment on the 4th floor, which consisted of three rooms - a bathroom, entrance/bedroom, and a bedroom/dining room/kitchen. This room was the bigger of the two bedrooms, and contained a balcony overlooking the shopping mall in St Julian. Both bedrooms contained a wardrobe for clothing, and they also contained extra blankets. There was an air conditioner/heating unit which helped as the temperature in Malta that period was fairly cool. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well decorated in a wonderful warm "home" atmosphere. The apartment was close to most amenities, there was a supermarket, bus-stop and taxi point fairly close. The apartment building contained a lift, so no need to carry luggage to the room. The apartment stood above a restaurant which was owned by the host as well, and this is where breakfast was served as well. The breakfast served included only cold foods and lovely breads and cereals, and was always very well presented. We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B and will definitely stay here again, in our future Malta trips

Excellent Birthday and New Year

I want to rate it 3/5 and not less because the people working there were really nice. I can say that they were the best thing of our permanence, because the room wasn't as we thought at all.
We changed our room after some days, but both were absolutely dirty, with a lot of ants everywhere and our linens changed I think only once a month. The towels sometimes were dirty and in the first room we stayed in the television didn't work (we told the owner about it, but he did nothing) while in the second we had problems with the scart.
Finally, I think it's not a bad B&B, but it needs more maintanance and for sure it doesn't worth that price.
