112 reviewsCurrently stopping for 9 days and very pleasantly surprised after reading some of the previous reviews. I am always totally honest and not swayed by others experiences. Check in was very quick, I paid in cash and the staff were welcome of the change. Both on reception were smiling and answered any questions I had. My room is a single with a private bathroom opposite. Both have electronic locks on. Didn’t have a plug for sink that was rectified within minutes once I reported. The shower is really powerful and plenty of hot water. Towels and bedding are provided. The single bed is ok, a few power points, a desk, set of drawers and a wardrobe with a few hangers. Iron and hairdryer are available for use for a deposit. Information area in reception on things to do in Malta. Bus stop 5 minutes walk away. The accommodation is clean. The breakfast is continental, salad, meats, cheese, cakes, fruit, cereals, breads, juice and hot drinks. I paid less than 17euros for this! I know it gets more expensive as the summer approaches. Swimming pool is pretty big and deep as well so you can actually swim a bit rather than just paddle. Customers are mostly young groups that are supervised at the moment and are well behaved. There are a few more elderly visitors including myself nearly 50 and a guy who just left who was 81 and this was his second time and is returning again in the autumn. For those that are old enough to drink I would recommend the Kings Gate Arms about 3 minutes walk away. Lovely friendly place with good music and all sports.
