Stayed there with my couple for an overnight visit at Penang.
Economic price, the comfortable environment and nice decoration was the three reason why I stayed there.
I am not disappointed with their services and clean room.

having a nice rest!

Stayed there last week for an overnight visit. Room is clean but the walls of the room is extremely thin and its made of wood. You can hear your neighbours activities and conversation.  Didnt get a good rest, i can hear footsteps of people walking down the hallway and next room's people talking. Would definitely not stay there again.

Well it is a very cheap room rate.
Room was clean but very basic.
When asked by phone if they had a Shuttle Service to Penang Airport 1/2 mile away, they said yes, but they just called a regular taxi. Penang taxis normally haggle a fare price but this driver put on the meter as soon as I got in. Result was that he charged me RM16.80 for a 5 minute ride which should be less than RM10. A small point but annoying. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Just about acceptable

Reasonable rate,good staff and decent place to stay with family in penang.
This is my third visit and i am not disappointed.This is value for money.The hotel doesn't have a lift and it could be tiring carrying heavy luggage.

Good stay

We stayed here a night as we had an early morning flight the next morning. We arrived at the hotel after 3 pm to check in but was unable to do so as they had some maintenance work being carried out on all the rooms. I think it was more like fumigation as I could smell the pesticide. We were told to come back after 6 pm. We left our huge baggage behind in the hotel. We finally made it back to the hotel after dinner at 9 pm. We had wanted rooms on the ground floor as we had huge bags. Unfortunately we were late apparently and all the rooms downstairs had been taken up. We were given first floor rooms. We had to lug our heavy suitcases up the steep staircase and no one was around to help us. We needed a taxi in the morning and told reception to get us one for 5.30 am. The rooms were small, basic but relatively clean. We had a good nights sleep. Reception called at 5 am to say that the taxi is waiting. Apparently the lone reception guy had the time wrong. Luckily we were ready but was 15 minutes late coming down. The grumpy taxi driver seemed upset. Taxi fare was RM35 for the 10 minute drive to the airport. Will we stay there again?Maybe. It provides the convenience of being very close to the airport. Service was however very poor. Pricing is reasonably cheap and rooms are ok for the price.

Budget hotel

I had stayed here twice. Stayed in deluxe room with 2 queen beds. Spacious and comfortable. Very near to the airport. WiFi coverage is good. No lift. On ground floor just have standard room. And they provide short stay less than 24 hours for different rates. If you get stranded and need accommodation for less than 24 hours you can consider this hotel.
