Four Points By Sheraton

This is my first morning at hotel and yesterday my first dinner. In both cases there is no menu and all is buffet, good but not fantastic.
Current room is excellent, but first room I was assigned was small and balcony had cigarette butts.
Lobby is impressive, a sort of internal patio with a roof six floors high.

It have a good middle Class Standard andit was ok there. There was a friendly Employee at eception and fast CheckIn. We spend 2 nights there and can say, that it is a clean and clam Place. The Location was good, due lost of Shops and Restaurants have been there not far away. Nice decorated Breakfast Buffet. Choices of hot Beverages have been good.

Uneven experience 

It was ok there ...

This is an extremely expensive hotel by Libyan standards. However, the service and the general feel of the place do not justify that.

While the rooms are perfectly acceptable, the location is extremely poor and, as others have mentioned, the surroundings still require a lot of work.

While the service was adequate, it was certainly not up to the standards that the Sheraton normally sets for itself and in that sense I found my stay disappointing. While the grounds will be renovated, clearly, to improve this place a lot of work needs to be done on better training the staff.

Disappointing experience

The hotel is far from the center. You cannot walk anywhere. It is in the middle of a construction site. It is almost not possible to have dinner unless you have two hours time to wait for starter and main course. And this in a empty restaurant. The food would be good. To bad that the place is so bad managed. The hotel is a shame to the entire Starwood group.

Construction site with no service!

I fully agree with the other review, it is a shame to Starwood to open an hotel so badly managed and the personnel completely careless.
Although the restaurant is supposed to be a french brasserie, there is no single french dish on the extremely poor menu. More than 2 hours are needed to get the food after being ordered and a hell of time is needed to get the check which at the end is wrong, food priced higher then it is shown on the menu. No excuse and nothing, we finally paid as it would take another hour to correct and have an new check.
