I booked this hotel because of the proximity to the railway station and free breakfast and it turned out to be a good deal. You reach the railway station in 7-10 minutes and to the Toyama castle you also need 5-7 min in other direction. It is situated in the red light district not on the main street. It is Japan though, so this is not a big problem. Breakfast was Japanese style, miso soup, curry, rice with row eggs (or without, if you prefer) and also details of western breakfast, such as toasts, scrambled eggs etc. The choice is really good. Stuff is polite and speaks enough English, I didn't communicate with tnem about something more complicated then check-in. The room is big enough for single room in Japan. It has everything needed, but you may have problems, if you have a big trunk, there is no place for it. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, if you like to sleep on hard surface. Wifi connection is very good, but is absent in the breakfast hall.
