21 reviewsWe arrived at the View Palace Hotel during a pouring rain early in the evening. First impressions were of an average Japanese hotel with an efficient and quiet staff helping guests into an average hotel room. Dinner at the hotel restaurant features French themed fare. Pleasant for a single night but it would be overly repetitive if staying several days in a row. The onsen was very good. Small but clean and open to the, unfortunately rainy ni ght. The next morning dawned brilliant and sunny. An amazing view from our hotel room balcony of the plains below. A walk around the grounds of the hotel revealed an equally beautiful view. The location and scenery is what lifts the View Palace Hotel above average.
