City Hotel Nagoya

Good situation close to Nagoya JR and Meitetsu station. Room clean and Japanese size average. Breakfast for free enough just to fill up your belly for a while. Service as always in Japan very good. Totally recommended.

Location! If you need to catch up a train- that's the hotel to stay in. Basic but clean. Good for the price (and that includes basic breakfast). Rooms are quite small. Twin room though seems slightly larger than double. I'd recommend it for those who just need to sleep a night. 

English follows. Очень примитивный отель но дешевый и прямо у вокзала. За эту цену я бы не стал жаловаться. Минималистский завтрак включен в цену. Железные двери могут слегка мешать спать (не сильно). 
Very basic hotel. But its cheap which makes it good value. Just by the station. Breakfast is included but it literally just one egg and two toasts. Don't understand negative comments above. This is an honest cheap deal.

Convenient location. OK value. 

It located very near from Shinkansen Nagoya station. Slightly old and narrow room but cheap. Free breakfast is provided as with toasted bread and boiled egg. If you take only sleep near station, this hotel is most reasonable selection.
There is free Wi-Fi facility in the room.

駅から徒歩1分という立地にもかかわらず、迷ってしまった。ホテルのサインの灯りが点灯しておらず、分かりづらいという印象だった。フロントの応対も事務的且つ無機質。支払いを済ませれば部屋の鍵を渡され、あとはごゆっくり、という程度の説明。
部屋は非常に狭く、何かモノを置くためのスペースに一苦労だったが、清潔さが隅々まで行き届いていた。それはバスルームも同じだった。立地の関係からか、持ち込みの無線通信の通信状況はよくない。逆に、ホテルの無料の無線通信が利用できる。パスワード入力が必要のないフリーのWi-Fiであることを念頭に置いた方がいい。
前述の電波関係なのか分からないが、一部のテレビのチャンネルの映像が映らなかった。
部屋の清潔度が保たれている以外は、総じて低い評価と言わざるを得ない。あまりおススメ出来ないホテルの一つである。

Even though the hotel is located 1 minute on foot from Nagoya Station, I got lost. Because the sign of the hotel was not lit and the location is hard to understand. The correspondence of staffs is clerical and inorganic, it is not a good impression.
The rooms are very small, but they are kept clean. If you have your Wi-Fi router, you should think that the communication environment of it is very bad. On the other hand, you can use the wireless owned by the hotel, because it is free, you should consider security of it.
In addition, some television channels could not be used. It may be because some waves can not be used.
Apart from having the room kept clean, it is inevitable to have low evaluation overall. I can not recommend this hotel to you.
