Check-in is not possible after 08:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to provide an estimated time of arrival in the Special Request section upon booking. Children aged 0 - 5 years will be charged JPY 3240 per person if an extra bed is required. Guests can access Hakone Gora Park by the property's private entrance. Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 05:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided. It may be difficult to find a wide range of dining options after 07:00 PM as the number of restaurants in the area is limited and many of them close early in the evening. The property has a curfew at 09:00 PM. Please note that the property has a curfew at 22:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the property after this time. The property accepts cash only. Guests with a dinner-inclusive rate must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at the property. |
