Hotel Cristoforo Colombo

My name is Alketa and I’m from Albania. I spent two months at Hotel Colombo for personal reasons, and it was a wonderful experience in every way. The staff was exceptional – especially Giulio, who welcomed me with great care and kindness from day one, reflecting the noble and warm spirit of Italy. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful: the director Tamara, Giorgia, Daria, and Daniele who makes an amazing coffee! The food was healthy, delicious, and organic. The cleanliness was impeccable – the room was always fresh, fragrant, and tidy, thanks to Gina’s tireless work. Even the curtains were washed regularly, which is very rare in a hotel! The common areas (lobby, pool, garden) were well-maintained and relaxing. Despite the constant flow of tourists from all over the world, there was always a peaceful atmosphere. I was able to work in complete tranquility, and the taxi service arranged by reception was convenient and efficient. One thing that really impressed me: I once forgot my phone at the hotel bar, and an hour later I found it exactly where I had left it – a clear sign of the hotel’s honesty and safety. I highly recommend Hotel Colombo to anyone visiting Rome. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and shared it on my social media!
