It is set in a very beautiful building with a very atmospheric staircase :-) You have to climb a small flight of stairs to reach the lift which is also a manual one and is a blast from the past. Nice and unique. Our room was large and had two balconies with very nice views. Rooms were well furnished. It had a small kitchenette with a microwave oven, sink and utensils. The owner Luigi was a very nice and created a whatsapp group to help coordinate our stay. One of the owners (Nunzia) was there to help us check in. They came in early to help us drop the luggage. The breakfast is actually packed croissants in your fridge, juices, cereals, milk and spreads. I guess something to keep you going for lunch. Luigi gave away amazong suggestions for meals, gelato etc. etc. He was never tired of answering my questions on whatsapp, anytime of the day. Overall, a great place to stay since many of Rome's attractions were within walking dince (Piazza Del Popolo was a 5 min walk)
