We stayed in two different rooms; one at bottom floor and one at the top floor. Besides the view, also the standard was higher in the top floor room. Regarding beds, moving up went from really bad to ok. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant had ok to good food, but it was clear that they certainly not split the attention and energy evenly among their customers. A real pity, considering the location that is nice.

OK hotel, with lacking service at restaurant

Quiet retreat in bustling Elba with excellent dinners menus. Restaurant at the seafront. Every dinner you see a sunset, really romantic. Food excellent, choice of wine also good. The staff in hotel very helpful. They organize for us a scooter rental pickup at the hotel. We would like to return.

I spent 10 days in this excellent hotel. Everybody was so nice, friendly and always ready to help.Very clean with a restaurant that offers amazing fresh prepared dishes and pizzas at good prices.Breakfast is also really fine. The location is excellent especially if you want to attend the scuba diving school, runned by a wonderful couple or the sailing school. The private beach is ideal if you want to relax.A life guard is always on duty. The nice pool is also a nice alternative. The view from both the rooms and the restaurant is also beautiful. The hotel provides a shuttle if you come without a car. We loved it. Thank you for everything. Alissa Davidson

A beautiful, family runned hotel

A simple but comfortable hotel with a warm welcome and smiling staff everywhere. The room is quiet,clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The restaurant is highly recommended with top quality seafood and good cuisine. We had spaghetti alle vongole and lobster spaghetti and they are one of the best we have ever eaten. The waitresses of the restaurant are so friendly that you feel like at home . I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to have a real get away.

Very quiet and relaxing location

I stayed here in May 2013 with my two sisters... This was by far the best value hotel in our month long Italian trip. The hotel was clean,comfortable,great location right on the water ( as was its restaurant and breakfast room ) and nice pool. We had a car so the 5 minute drive into town was not inconvenient.i will be staying here again next year when I return.
