How to be at home

We were at this B&B feeling at home. A cozy apartment where you feel at home. Everything is comfortable, friendly. It's a wonderful air that you always want to take with you. I recommend it to friends and everyone else.

This is the second time I've used this facility and I can only confirm my positive judgment position, colorful and youthful furnishings, warmth and empathy of the owner, are her strengths.

Kindness and Cleanliness

Extreme hospitality, colorful humanity, quality and so much sweetness! I spent several seasons in color B&B. Graduation exams were less difficult to live with.

A family!

I'm often in Pescara for my work and I'm still staying in this very nice B&B, close to the University and the cafes and restaurants in the center, but in a quiet position. The rooms are clean, comfortable and air conditioned. In the morning, you'll have a nice breakfast for a B&B. In addition to all that, Simona, the owner, is always available and kind, ready to give you all the information and help you may need.

It's like home.

Large and cozy rooms, each room has its own characteristic color, and for the most inspired also its entrance phrase; the guest can always choose between private or shared bathroom, although even this solution does not take much away from privacy, since the structure is not crowded and it is rare to interfere with other guests; the structure is very well maintained, and the owner is always available; excellent quality price ratio;

Colorful living room

I go to Pescara very often for study purposes and now this b&b is a reference point for me! The location is really great, central and very well connected. Simona is always available for any information and is always kind (she always tries to meet you for anything). The b&b is always very clean and the rooms are very comfortable and large. Whenever I find myself in Pescara for any reason I will always come back here!

A landmark in Pescara!

A clean, friendly B&B.  We shared a bathroom but had no problems with that.  A private bathroom is available.  The room was very clean and well looked after.  Our hostess was very friendly and helpful.  Bear in mind, you are staying in a B&B, so don't go looking for hotel facilities.  The prices were very good.  Breakfast was simple but plentiful; cereals, yoghurts, cakes, biscuits, tea, coffee, etc etc.  There was no shortage of bars and restaurants within walking distance.  10 minute drive to Pescara airport.  All the rooms are on the third floor of an apartment block with no lift, so might not be suitable for the old and infirm.  The location is a normal Pescara street surrounded by other apartment blocks, shops and Lidls.

Good Location: Friendly

I am an Argentinian and visit Pescara for 10 days and I chose this b&b to stay. The b&b is conveniently located a few minutes from downtown, even with bicycles available to guests. The rooms are beautiful, bright, super clean and everything is very orderly and full of color. If you breathe in the sympathy and freshness of Simona, the owner, in every detail. Simona is always willing to talk and give indications about the activities Pescara and its territory offer. The breakfast is very complete and with all very rich things! The rooms are impeccable and as in the rest of the house, the details and the good bathroom abound. Of all the b&b in this state, it is one of the best I can recommend with closed eyes!

The owner is charming and fun, available for any questions or help. Spacious and bright rooms. How to be in my house. Well...the truth, better than in my house! Ajajajaj You can choose between shared or private bathroom, and in any case everything is very clean. Perfect for a couple, a family, a solo traveler.
