This place is very very overpriced! The light did not work in the bathroom, there was no toiletpaper in the bathroom…the rooms were very very basic. The manager said, there was no way the light could get repaired while we stay there for the night. There was not a real shower cabinett in our room and the hotel is squashed inbetween a very loud  and dangerous road and right beside the train tracks.  The food in the restaurant was good. We wouldn‘t stay there again.

Overpriced!!

Good deal if you're coming with your own car. Otherwise, there are buses but they stop early, so take into consideration the possibility to walk a little bit to reach Pesaro. The room was nice, with good air circulation despite being under the rooftop. The view was great. Bear in mind that the railway is just in between the locanda and the sea, so if you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs. 

A little isolated location, but next to the sea

I've stayed at Typo Locanda Typica for three years in a row during the summer.  Great people, great place.  You can see the sun rise over the Adriatic from most rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.
