30 reviewsAll the contact from the moment of booking was prompt and helpful. Emiliano was very accommodating and allowed us to pick our check in time. He even gave us his personal mobile number so that we could get in touch. Our room was London/England themed with lots of authentic touches. There is a lot of wardrobe and drawer space. Even the hangers and towels are colour coordinated. Emiliano gave us lots of information about the areas that we wanted to visit, including restaurant recommendations. The kitchen/dining area is also artistically designed and guests are invited to make drinks and snacks freely. There are a variety of hot drinks options, bakery goods, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt to choose from. We were very comfortable and will definitely return on our next visit to Naples. Emiliano even booked us a taxi for the journey to the airport.
