Agriturismo Il Frantoio

It just opened and I really do not know how people know it exists as it sits off main road on a small side street. A friend told me it opened and couldn't find it at first, but so glad I continued my search. The inside is simply a sight to behold. They have kept a huge round mill and a enormous olive press inside. Windows on the floors allow you to see underneath and how ancient buildings were made. The food was exquisite and I believe they are legitimate restaurateurs who may win awards some day. The owner mentioned, in Italian, something about a Michelin chef but I do not understand perfectly Italiano. The dessert/dolce was difficult to choose and almost too fancy. I highly recommend going to this fine dining establishment. You will be pleasantly surprised and glad you did.
