If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 150 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:00. Late check-in fee: EUR 20 from 20:00 until 22:00; EUR 40 from 22:00 until 00:00; EUR 60 from 00:00 until 01:00. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
