I had the pleasure of staying at Masseria Don Sante for 7 weeks, and it was an unforgettable experience. This charming Masseria is located just outside Fasano, making it the perfect base for exploring the wonders of Puglia. What sets Masseria Don Sante apart is their dedication to using the freshest local and seasonal ingredients for both breakfast and dinner. Every meal is a delightful culinary journey through the flavors of Puglia, and you can taste the love and passion that goes into each dish. In addition to the amazing dining experience, they also offer cooking classes, allowing you to learn the secrets of preparing authentic Pugliese cuisine. It's a hands-on opportunity to dive even deeper into the culinary traditions of the region. Antonio and Marina are the welcoming faces of this place, but it's clear that the entire family pours their heart and soul into running this Masseria. Their genuine warmth and commitment to creating a memorable stay for guests are their greatest strengths. I can't recommend Masseria Don Sante enough.
