Old fashioned and rather tired hotel on edge of very nice old town. Has seen better days. Our room was in the annexe which was clean, beds comfortable but definite whiff of blocked drain in the bathroom. Redeemed by a good restaurant, and good breakfast and something really special, great coffee made to order! Excellent breakfast, especially the croissants freshly baked that morning.  Could be a great venue and asset to the town, needs the local Alex Polizzi and a quick makeover …

Slightly faded hotel, saved by good food and excellent coffee

Clean room, air con worked well but it leaked a lot inside the room onto the tile floor. Very noisy on the busiest road and corner in town. I did ask for a quiet room as I’d read the reviews about the noise but was given the corner, front room on level 1. The shutter didn’t help. Music blasting until after midnight at the bar opposite, dogs barking, trucks reversing, trail bikes and motorbikes non stop through the night. Deliveries started at 6am downstairs and from 4.45am, a guest two rooms away was coughing and sniffing and turning taps on and off for what felt like an eternity. Clearly no insulation to hear all that! No info given at check-in at all. Pasta special for lunch was nice, pizza dinner very average. I didn’t get my Passport back until dinner time which I had to chase. Note that if it is a Sunday, nothing is open (including supermarkets after 1pm).

Noisy!

Good location, impressive foyer. Good view from the bar on 8 th floor but be warned a beer costs € 10 ($16) gin and tonic €15 ($24) very expensive. Marble floor in passage echoes really badly all night with voices and doors slamming. Curtains wouldn't close in the middle which allows morning sun to come in, early. Although we were on the 7 th floor street traffic was very noisy even with double glassed window.

Centrally based hotel

Stopping off point during via Francigiana. Made to feel very welcome by staff. Room basic but very comfortable. Excellent restaurant with fish risotto outstanding and very good breakfast. Understandably very popular with locals and we were lucky to get a table.

Small hotel comfortable and clean

I stayed in the place on our way to Rome. After a day of hiking, we found this place. The entrance is on the left side of the building after you passed the restaurant. It does not look like much from the outside, but the lady who helped us into the room was extremely friendly and helpful. She didn't speak English, but we understood each other with hands and feet language. 
The rooms serve their purpose. We were tired and wanted to sleep. I was completely fresh the next morning.
The breakfast in the morning was in the restaurant. We were the only guests, but the breakfast was impressive. The fresh bread was to kill for. The guy who served us breakfast was one of the nicest people we met on our way.
For a night, this place is highly recommendable.

Positive surprise

Our group stayed at Hotel Benigni this past year and it was a very good stay. The rooms were standard size, good and neat. Each room had all the basic necessities one needs from shampoo, towels, & etc. Free Wi-Fi also offered. 

The staff were professional and helpful the entire time of our stay. This place also had a wonderful full breakfast in the morning with what has to be the best chocolate croissants I have ever had in my life! 

Another great thing is it conveniently located across the main square of Campagnano di Roma that is great to go to for some gelato or drinks in the eveningl.  I would recommend this place as THE place to stay in Campagnano di Roma.

A Central B&B in Campagnano di Roma!

This is a second visit: food always fresh, tasty (great home made pasta) and varied menu. Great grilled meats. Home made deserta, good wine selection. Also pizza & draft beer. Service this time was too slow. Did not try hotel.
