This is kind of a small guesthouse - a 3 bedroom apartment. Each room has a small chamber fitted with a shower head and toilet. Each room is rented separately, so you might share the place with others, if you don't rent all 3 rooms. The "living room" is the foyer. In it you'll find a high table with stool bar chairs and a small dining table. A nice touch is the buildings original water hole - the pre-faucet time. It's great location - A five minute walk from Wadi Nisnas district, Ben Gurion avenue or the new Port campus district - is what makes it a great place. True - the outside,meaning the street it's located at, doesn't look inviting - but it is misleading. This is the last part of the "Lower city" that wasn't renovated yet so it's not developed yet. מדובר ב"צימר" עירוני - דירת שלושה חדרים וסלון, שבכל חדר קיטון ובו מקלחון ושרותים. כל חדר מוצע בנפרד, כך שאם לא הזמנתם את שלושת החדרים יתכן ותחלקו את המקום עם אורחים נוספים. הסלון הוא החלק המשותף ובו שולחן גבוה עם כסאות בר גבוהים ושולחן אוכל רגיל. נמצא במרחק של חמש דקות הליכה משכונת ואדי ניסנס או שד' בן גוריון או מתחם קמפוס הנמל. נמצא באזור של העיר התחתית שעדיין לא פותח, אך כבר רואים בו ניצנים של תחילת פיתוח.
