St Anne's Bed & Breakfast

Lovely no-nonsense B+B with a comfortable room, welcoming host and delicious breakfast. We Instantly felt welcome and had a great chat over a cup of tea. The breakfast was really well made, and Anne and Noel we very accommodating to me and my girlfriend who are both vegetarian. Both nights we spent there we very relaxing. It was also an ideal position next to a great restaurant and Rathcroghan visitor centre, which was well worth the visit. The garden is also very well kept and a great place to relax. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Anne and Noel were perfect hosts.  We had a delightful time staying there.  They were friendly and engaging, and the home was perfect.  It was one of the friendliest places we’ve stayed.  Wish we could have stayed longer!  And Anne made suggestions of things to see and the local establishments.

Our stay at Anne and Noel's place was so relaxing, it was like going home.  We were invited to make ourselves at home in the kitchen and common room.  Anne and Noel are friendly and interesting people and we learned that their son worked on the movie "Black 47" about life in Ireland after the Great Potato Famine. We watched the movie after our trip,and it was very good.  Anne recommended a local restaurant for dinner, and nearby Rathcroghan Visitor Centre for a tour.  A great little place to stay in an off the beaten path part of Ireland.

The B&B is like walking into your home.  Anne took my wife and I in like we were her lost goslings.  The warmth and welcome was exactly what we needed after a long adventure filled day.  We stayed only a night and we were walkins, so Anne didn't even know we were coming.  She still greeted us like she had been waiting for us.  She helped us get settled in and then find somewhere to eat.  After that she left us to our own ends.  The perfect amount of attention and privacy.  

We will definitely be back.

what can l say,  Anne makes this place a true gem, great personality with a brilliant 
wit we feel as if we've made a new friend, made to feel at home great night sleep and a wonderful breakfast, highly recommend and we'll be back for sure.

Anne's B & B was like staying in a home from home, with access to a lounge and the use of the kitchen to make tea/ coffee. Anne and Noel's genuine interest in making us welcome was the highlight. After a good night's sleep in a comfortable room and bed we were served an excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Anne’s B&B for one night and had a really lovely experience. Anne is a marvelous hands-on host and made us feel really at home. The bedrooms were so comfortable, nicely furnished and an excellent shower. I had a great nights sleep! Breakfast was freshly cooked by Anne and was delicious. She had a variety of fresh fruit, yoghurt and a lovely fry. We will definitely be back to stay again. Anne’s personality is so engaging and we had a good laugh with her!
