This is an outstanding B&B. We were warmly welcomed by Tricia who was friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our bedrooms and ensuites were spacious, clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were super comfy.
Breakfast was outstanding with all we could imagine on offer.

Access . This is a little gem of a place Trisha was so helpful.and kind . The room was really lovely. The breakfast was to die for !there was a great selection of food and homemade scones  I Stunning views of the garden and a super comfy bed will be back !!!

We stayed here for a week end June/beginning July.  There's a sense of calm the moment you step into the house, which is spotlessly clean throughout.  Our  very comfortable room was downstairs at the back of the house, overlooking the garden, the fields beyond and - on a clear day - the distant mountains. Breakfast in the dining room (also at the back of the house so a lovely view to look out on)  was cooked to order,  was plentiful and tasty and we can recommend the home-baked scones and bread as well as the jam made from fruit in Tricia's garden.  Tricia gave us lots of information about local attractions and  places to eat and we enjoyed our morning chats with her.                     
Willowbrook is about 3 Km from Nenagh but it's an easy walk. Nenagh is a small but bustling town with plenty of shops and places to eat and the Castle and Museum/Genealogy Centre are well worth visiting.  Further afield are the towns and villages on Lough Derg which is very scenic and Kilkenny and Limerick would be easily day trippable  due to the good road network near Willowbrook .
Willowbrook would be a good stopover between Dublin and the south west but it's well worth staying longer.

Had a wonderful stay with Trish last night, the room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast was cooked to order in a lovely dining room overlooking beautiful gardens, myself and my husband would recommend staying here. Trish was very friendly and professional and made us feel welcome

Stayed in this B and B last night.  What a beautiful B and B.  The room was beautiful.  The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous this morning.   Everywhere is so spotlessly clean and modern.  Trisha and her husband are so welcoming and friendly.  We were at a wedding in the Ashleigh House Hotel.  If you are in the area I highly recommend booking it.  The value for money is unreal which is hard to find nowadays.  Thank you Tricia and hubby.

What a wonderful B&B. Tricia the host is warm and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and spotless and the breakfast was all you could ask for. The house is set in beautiful gardens and is convenient for both Nenagh town and the Dublin/Limerick motorway.

3 of us stayed for one night as were visiting family locally. Beautiful B&B. Tricia was very welcoming and a lovely host. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep as it was so peaceful. We enjoyed a very tasty breakfast while enjoying the views out to the beautiful garden. All in all we had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Tricia.

This was our 4th visit to Willowbrook.
Tricia and Tom are amazing hosts, going above and beyond. Their accommodation offers first class cleanliness, large rooms with all the amenities you’ll require. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and yummy home baking. 
We wouldn’t stay anywhere else within north Tipperary. We will be back!!

Fantastic B&B. Best we have ever stayed in. Tricia was an amazing cook and we enjoyed the most delicious homemade bread, scones, pancakes and full Irish for breakfast. The rooms were so comfortable, clean and well equipped with flat screen TV and all the channels. The price was so reasonable too. Would highly recommend. 

Came for three days diving at Portroe Diving centre which is only 15 minutes away. The best B&B I’ve ever been in! Trisha the owner was friendly & helpful, the whole place was meticulously clean, & immaculately maintained. The location was peaceful & comfortable. The breakfast was first class with a great view of the gardens, and the booking was great value.
