One of the worst experiences with hotels and booking.com also. We took
the hotel in booking.com for good rating (8,5) and good facilities, because we wanted
to stay in that property for two weeks. In reality there is not even a
half of facilities mantionned in the room (no fridge, no kitchen, no
electrical kettle and so on). First two nights we asked to get the
room what we reserved and we moved in only on the third night. The
furniture is very old and mumbled in all property. In the bathroom
there was a hole in the floor for the sewer and water pipe. Local
fauna used it to enter in the bathroom (lizards, ants).
Hotel is far away from Sanur's center and the beach. There is no
cleaning in the rooms. The pool is cleaned one time per week.
The owner (one Russian) promised to give us a discount for 15 % for all inconveniences, but he did not do it. On the third day instead he wrote out us from
the hotel in the booking.com and we discovered it only when we started
to complain within booking.com for issues described some lines below
couple of days later .
For the first week the breakfast was eggs with ham and some fruits. We
were asking to prepare some vegetables or rice for our 3 years old
son, because he does not eat these things, but every morning the
situation was similar. So we started to prepare the breakfast
ourselves.
One evening flying ants in hundreds entered the room. We were pressing
them in the darkness, because we were advised to switch off the light,
because more ants will fly on the light. We called booking.com to
complain about the situation, and the owner immediately called us
threatening to put us out from the hotel. And he told to the
booking.com that we moved out already one week ago!!! Next morning
after terrific night with the flying ants what was the last point in
our patience we moved out and for the last five days (supposed to stay
in Paradise villa) we booked another hotel.

false information and far from everything

Just before the check in the hotel noticed they could not accomodate our 2 rooms. Very dissapointing. We had to arrange something else. They did not even thank us for our understanding we showed. I do not recommend a place who is not helpful.

Hotel cancelled our booking

This is amazing accommodation with helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere and homemade comfort. The room is beautiful, a great bathroom with a large bath tub which we enjoyed every day. The pool is so good. Territory divided into several villas, with private area. For such housing price is very low, the ocean is not in vicinity, but in the morning there is a transfer to beach for free. Breakfast is delicious and hearty, but without meat products. There is a kitchen, where you can cook for yourself if you wish, it has a large fridge and cooler with drinking water. The staff are ready to help with any question, we have rented scooter with their help and enjoyed the rest. From 5 minute walking you'll find a store. This is one of the best places where we have stayed. Definitely recommend.

Relax Villa

Very good experience. The place is quiet and peacefull. I loved the bathroom. Unfortunately the water was not very warm in the lovely big bath. But the outside shower water was very warm. The employees were very kind. And you can use the kitchen if you like.

This villa was lovely, off the beaten track. (Pin point the location to show transport as it's not easy to find only 40metres on the left as you come off the main road)

Private room with large bathroom with Bath. A lovely touch was the outside shower. 

We didn't manage to have any breakfast due to excursions during our 2night stay but the guy looking after us and the security were very helpful and friendly. 

They organised laundry for us during our time here despite not providing that service in-house. 

What they were missing was a few of the little touches like welcome drinks or local recommendations. 

Wonderful stay for the price.
