This is an amazing hotel - beautiful from start to finish. The reception area was a pleasant surprise - it’s effectively a standalone hotel, but has an adjoining door in the Lippo Mall. This means there’s local shops and a supermarket on your doorstep, and lots of restaurants. It’s also a newer hotel, and the rooms are apartment-like in size. Everything was fabulous, from the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant, to the gorgeous rooms and super-polite and friendly staff. The Balinese are always very friendly, but these guys and girls were spectacular. The concierge, porter, reception team, housekeeping team and restaurant / bar staff were wonderful. The hotel is also a stone’s throw from the airport and easy walk to the beachfront footpath. The general local area is definitely older and less well kept, externally, but this hotel was well worth the stay. It exceeded our expectations (which rarely happens) and we will definitely be back.
