Mini holiday is a decent place to stay. Stayed in one of the air condition bungalows for over 40 days. Beautiful garden, and so close to the beach you can hear the waves rolling in. The room the most close the beach is only 2 metres away however doesn't have airconditioning. The staff were pleasant, friendly and pro-active. Some mornings I would exit my room to find a coconut topped for me to drink, the staff would clean my motorbike. The owner is a very friendly man named made who runs the business with his lovely wife. There is no hot water, 1 room has a television so i choose the room without a tv. The beach was lovely some days, but due to the pollution in bali some days the rubbish would roll in - only to be taken away at high tide again. There are a couple local women whom asked me if i would like a massage 3 times during my stay for 40 days - If Gabor G the complaining German thinks that these are local beggars maybe he should talk with the people before passing such ridiculous judgement. The price of the rooms was very negotiable, and I will not quote the price I recieved however it was cheaper than any other hotel, bungalow, homestay or villa could offer me - I shopped around for 3 days and stayed in many places. Bayu Mantra Bungalows, Angsoka Hotel, Lila Cita, Homestay Bagus however I found Mini Holiday to be the most pleasant and decently priced. The rooms were clean, quiet and more than adequate for my stay. As for difficult to reach, this is false statement from Gabor G as it is on the main road. If you find it diffucult to enter a driveway on a main road then you have serious problems. I don't know why Gabor G has defamed this pleasant place with his revolting review and because of it I felt entitled to fix the horrible lies he has created. He has also gone and said this place is far away Central Lovina this is also a lie. It is merely 2 minutes ride on a scooter at 50kmp/h to reach Central Lovina. I would like to say to Gabor G, I hope I never have the unfortunate luck of meeting you in Lovina as you seem to be a bitter, complaining liar. As I don't like being heckled by local gangster tour guides, I found this place even more pleasant. As every street in central Lovina has a gazebo in the corner of the street filled with money hungry guides, who wolf whistle at every female entering and leaving the street. This kind of behaviour is uncalled for. At Mini Holiday you will never recieve any of this. By all means its not a hotel like Angsoka however it's a very pleasant set of bungalows which has alot more atmosphere and serenity than the majority of places in central Lovina and without the guides heckling people to molest dolphins.
