Hotel Metropole

I know this hotel since mw childhood, and it was one of few good hotels back then. Now it looks old and i think they're trying to renovate here and there to be able to compete with newer hotels and even villa's. What's good about this hotel: 1. Location 2. Services & hospitality What's need to be improved, it's a suggestion not a bad thing: 1. Facilities eg. Pools, bathroom, & room need to be maintained, check for it's cleanlines. 2. When we book online, it says wifi avaiable. But when we stay there's no wifi at our room, maybe only at the hotel lobby. So please upgrade it. 3. Only local tv channel, so they need to upgrade this too. 4. Not all room with air condition, and with more tourists come to Batu, it's warmer nowadays. I think they need to consider it. 5. Price, they really need to know their place now. Because maybe they are no longer 3 star hotel anymore. We consider ourself got a good bargain, because we got a promotional discount from one of the online hotel platform. For only arround 400k/night on high season. I think that's my review for them, i hope they can quickly improved if they want to survive. I'm surely come & stay again when we have another good bargain. Our son love this hotel, he learn to swim here like he own it, like private pool because there's no one else. My dad used to bring me here, now i bring my son, and i hope it will to continue generations to come.
