Rafal is very welcoming and helpful. I arrived late and he assisted with some complimentary fruit and water which was much appreciated. He gave me a great orientation of the area the next morning which helped me navigate my way round. Rooms are clean and spacious. Yes there are some mosquitoes in the room,just come prepared with some spray during mosquito season. Rooms are basic but this accommodation is under $10 per night. It is great value for what you get. It is walking distance to the public ferry service to Fort Kochi,and along waterfront, local fruit and vegetable market, metro and shops. I did struggle to find alternative places to eat aside from the one place recommended for breakfast. Maybe i didnt venture out far enough.
