It is a good place for weddings to happen. The property is very close to the temple and is walkable. The location is its prime advantage. The rooms in the upper floor are mediocre and can still be improved.

Stayed for 1N2D here. 
Check-in timings:
They have a 24hour Chk-in/ chk-out which is very helpful for people who arrive during early hours. Most of the other hotels have 12pm Chk-in and we have to pay extra amount if we arrive early. 1st floor has a mini party hall. 2nd floor has rooms for stay. AC works perfectly fine. There is a small TV in the room. We didn't use it though. 
Cleanliness:
Yes, this place is neat and decent. Floors and walls are clean. Do not expect shine like we see in a star hotel.
Bed: convenient for 2 adults + a kid. Additional bed+pillow + rug is provided for 150/-
Bathroom:
Has a WC toilet cum bathroom. Washbasin, wall tiles, floor tiles, sanitary-ware are all neat. The doormats look very old though.
We have not tried room service as we didnt find staff anywhere. So no point expecting it. The owner is the only person running around of we need help.
Rent :1500/- for a 24hr stay. Owner is very polite and decent person.
There are small hotels nearby - saravana bhavan, vasantha bhavan and a small shop that offers decent tea. 
I would definitely recommend this place for a low budget stay with family.

Low budget decent lodge. 

I booked rooms in Komal paradise. Infact its not a hotel. It's marriage convention hall with some rooms. Rooms are OK but no one will be there to assist. When I was there, we didn't get hot water, for 2 rooms 1 ac remote. Response is too poor.

I suggest not to book rooms here plz.

Not good

Stay here at your own peril or if you are only looking at staying very close to Padma temple and your basic necessities are only a bed. This is an obscure hotel quite away from the bus stand and railway station area, but at stones throw from Padma temple. The hotel lacks basic necessitates like --1) they don't have a kitchen 2) The only staff they have is non Hindi / non English speaking man Friday who doubles up as everything you can conceive of in the name of hotel staff.2) They don't stock water in house so if you need drinking water then handover money to the man Friday who will run to the nearby mom and pop shop and bring you a warm bottle of drinking water 2) they don't have a kitchen ..so even a cup of tea is not available, for that too either pay the man Friday to run and fetch it from the neighborhood chai wala or walk up to the chai wala your self and enjoy a roadside cuppa south indian tea. The bathroom in the room had broken shower..so either do gymnastics and hold the shower head to direct the flow of water on your body or resort to bathing with a bucket, towels are a prized commodity, for a double room with two people they want to give only one towel...some shouting on the man Friday could get us the second towel from him.They have a LCD TV in the room, but that don't work, apparently they forgot to pay the cable wala :)
The only two saving graces were 1) air conditioning works , so after a hectic and tiring visit to the tirumala temple , you can pour a bucket of water on yourself in the name of a shower and switch on the ac and crawl to sleep on the not so comfy bed 2) its proximity is walking distance to Padma temple which is a must do while in Tirupati to complete your tirth yatra.
Far better options are available in Tirupati at the same or marginally higher price with much better services. Final word..Avoid if you can unless this is the last room available in tirupati.
