I ended up in this hotel on a trip booked by a local travel agent..First we were given room on the top floor which was suffocating.. after we protested .got shifted to room on 2nf floor... The room and bed was quite spacious for 2 adults and 1 child..
Hot water available all the time..although bathroom cleanliness is not good..
don't expect daily housekeeping, towel change etc..
good if you are on a tight budget.. 
In the same complex...you have a prince inn.. which has good quality rooms..

Budget hotel

We been to this property as part of our trip to Leh & Ladakh. 
We reached there around 12pm we had night journey from Kargil. Hence we were tired enough. it took them good 25 minutes to get room ready. Once we entered room we ordered tea. We got blunt reply from rception “What ever you want to order, order it now else kitchen will close at 1 pm. 
our package had mentioned complimentary WiFi. to our surprise it was only reachable on reception. we opted to have food out. Won't recommend this hotel at all. 

Not Worth

Warning Don't go in this hotel because the service is very worst if we won't a single pillow then they give us 3 pillows 
When we were give them already money then they are saying no you have not give us money so be warned 

Worst hotel in Srinagar

Apart from full payment done the illiterate guy on reception started fighting with us like foolish , no coordination among staff and guest has to suffer, we got late for one hour coz of that guy we missed our train.

Not recommended for anyone whether you are traveling alone or family! All photos are age old. Property has been deteriorated. Dirty room, uncleaned mattress, stinking bathrooms, leaking water, ... This hotel has everything to the worst... They do not care of their customers at all. This gives you a feeling of staying in a slum

Terrible Hotel - Please do not book

Really bad experience of my first hotel stay ,dirty rooms unhygenic water jugs  sheets and rugs ,even not shared WiFi password when asked, only available was hot water, reception is most time unattended
At midnight even nobody wakes up if u call

Poor hospitality

Stayed in June first week 2017. Bathrooms were untidy. In the nights smell from bathroom used to come into Bedroom as there is no provision to close the bathroom. We complained but no one cares. One of the worst hotels we ever stayed.

Overall It is stinking hotel.

Worst Hotel and It is a nightmare

Anybody who gives this place more than 1 star has no experience of hotels or must be desperate.  Nothing in the hotel description is true. It's miles from Jhelum river. No wi fi in rooms as advertised, only available in evenings in freezing cold lobby. No newspapers as advertised. No mountain view as advertised.  The outside restaurant is just a shed. Room is ice cold even in spring. So many people hanging around you don't know who is staff and who is not. The worst part is they are making alterations on the top floor and I had to shout at them to stop moving furniture and building materials around at 2am!! So many people coming and going up and down the stairs and doors banging and cars in the courtyard below all night it was like sleeping in a railway station.  And first thing in the morning they started sawing planks right outside my door. Finally I had to go to the petrol station next door in the rain with my luggage to pay by credit card. What a joke. I've  stayed in hundreds of types of accommodation from 7 stars to no stars and this must be the worst. No value for money at all.
