Apart from a break for Covid we have stayed here for around 8 years & once again we were not disappointed. Location is great as it is near the beach & the restaurants in the town. The rooms are clean, well presented & comfortable. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff who really give this place a family vibe - a huge thank you to Anil for making sure we were looked after, along with Deepak, Amil & Myer; a great team.

Another great visit

Broken only by Covid we have been staying here for 7 years & have not been disappointed. Hotel has nice clean well equipped rooms in centre of town. Staff are really lovely & cannot do enough to help you - big thanks to Anil, Deepak & Maya for looking after us so well. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Lovely staff,  great location.

We loved here! Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, big and comfy. The breakfast was super good! The atmosphere is very cozy, you feel welcomed. Also, the location is great, in downtown and close to the beach.

Amazing atmosphere amazing stuff

We stayed at Crystal Goa for 10 days, we originally stayed in their more budget rooms, which were fine, but we viewed the deluxe rooms and decided to move there. It was a great room with a relaxing terrace, a very comfy bed and great shower! The Cafe Inn serves excellent food and coffee, and we really got into Nico’s daily yoga classes. All in all I would highly recommend staying here, it’s a short walk from the beach (but that means it’s much quieter at night because you can hardly hear the dogs barking).

Relaxing hotel, great cafe

Stayed here for 4 days. It changed my mind to change my flights and stay longer. Thankyou to all the amazing staff. Especially my cuppucino bought to me daily to my patio by subash. The security on the night are so friendly, to even the boys who clean your room. I couldn’t rate this place any more. Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your great hotel. Definitely coming back. You’ve changed my mind on India. 

The best

Fantastic stay at Crystal Goa. The cafe has the best breakfast options on Palolem ranging from Indian to western choice and all very well made. Staff here and so kind and attentive. Really great experience here! Keep it up!

Great guesthouse and cafe

We stayed here for 5 nights and really could not find fault. The room was a good size, clean dandy comfortable. The room came with a fridge, kettle, fan, AC, toiletries and complimentary water, all of which made the stay very comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and wanted to help us in any way possible and ensure we had a good stay. We had a very early morning taxi to the airport and one of them was up to ensure we got away. This was above and beyond what we would see as required, but was greatly appreciated. 

The cafe which is attached to did nice food, particularly the burgers. We have reviewed this separately. 

There were nice seating areas with fans to relax on around the premises. 

The location is only 2 minutes walk from the beach. 

We would definitely recommend Crystal Goa. 

Excellent spot a few minutes from the beach

The best thing is the location of property, it is at hardly 200-300meters from beach.Cafe-In is good for breakfast and brunch, quick bites.They also arrange yoga classes on additional cost.For indian food lovers and specially for North Indians i would suggest you to ask them for Cafe-Out they also owned this.

Amazing bad beautiful place I loved the atmosphere. The staff was so friendly and enthusiastic. Comfortable room with cozy bed. The breakfast was great served from morning 8 am. I will definitely come back to Crystal Goa.
