I originally had contacted Nand Hotel at Rajendra Path through phone for a night's stay, but didn't immediately reserve a room. Having landed up at Nand, I was told they were fully occupied and was instead offered a room in their sister hotel Laavish, which is barely 100 meters away. The stay at Laavish was better than my expectations. The staff were polite and responsive, sleep quality fine and the food palatable. The white bed linens and towels were spotless and the bathroom was tidy as well. Overall, it was a fine stay at a very reasonable price.

Comfortable Stay at Reasonable Price

The high point of this hotel, which has to be mentioned at the outset is - they have 24 hrs check in check out. This is extremely advantageous for business travelers. 

Location - It is a just a bit into a lane, but not of any consequence. It is located extremely close to the Railway Station. As a result taxis, autos and rickshaws are readily available.

Room - Rooms and toilets are clean. Beds are good. Bed sheet and towels are changed everyday. Toiletry - soap and shampoo are provided. Air-conditioning is good. 

WIFI - Complimentary. Strong.

Food - Extremely good. Cooked exactly the way one desires. Breakfast is complimentary - okay.

Front Desk and staff - Courteous and very helpful.

A HOTEL WORTH THE EXPENSE

Good and comfortable and very clean at affordable price. Located in central Patna . Breakfast is O.k. 
One can go for morning walk to echo park by taxi or own car. The echo park is 4 km from the hotel.

Value of money

Negatives: 
1. Rooms are small.
2. Near by locality is not so good thus giving the hotel location a big disadvantage.
3. Facility is not what i expected from the reviews.
Positives: 
1. Good for one night stay.
2. Hotel staffs are quite good- Courteous and  helpful.
3. "The biggest highlight- 24 hrs checkout", it means if u check in the late night, say 10:00 pm then u can checkout at 10:00 pm next day.

Transit accomodation for one night, Average stay.

The app does not give option of zero rating, otherwise the rating had been -5.
Check in process is slow and painful. Rooms are not clean. Dust is lying all over the place and spaces under the table have not been cleaned for more than a month. The only good thing about the hotel is its fresh towels and bedsheets. Room service is also miserable. 
Typically for a 2 night booking hotel provides with 2 bottles for each day. They just did it for first night stay and after that the guest has to manage that.
They call themselves as business hotel but wedding functions go on till 1 am in night. Last night i stayed there, they had a wedding in the hotel and someone spilled water on the corridor floor and all the water came inside the room and spoiled my shoes, laptop and leather laptop bag. Hotel management is not aware of any of this till i inform them. 
My only recommendation is avoid this hotel if you can, it will only save you some hassle.
