My recent family Visit to Darjeeling saw me put up for three nights in Darjeeling Hotel Darjeeling  Palace, centrally located near 9Chowrasta Road,
It was about  5minutes from The Mall Road, Darjeeling.
The rooms were good and clean, Provided free high speed Wifi.
Hospitality, staff behaviour and services was excellent. Food quality was very good.
Overall it was a great stay. 

My recent family Visit to Darjeeling saw me put up for two nights in Darjeeling Hotel Summer Palace, centrally located near Chowk Bazar, Goody Road.
It was about 10 minutes from The Mall Road, Darjeeling.
The rooms were good and clean having private balconies that faces the majestic Kanchenjungha. Amenities available were more than expected as compared to most hotels around Darjeeling Mall. Provided free high speed Wifi.
Hospitality, staff behaviour and services was excellent. Food quality was very good. 
Overall it was a great stay. Yes it wasn't very heavy on my pocket either. I am sure to recommend this place to all.

The hotel is very near to the mall. Location is superb. View from the balcony is mind-blowing. Very well behaved staffs. Cars for sightseeing was arranged by them on request. Service was excellent. Food was quite affordable and good in quality. Overall a wonderful visit.

Fantastic hotel for stay with friend or family best room and services and clean and beautiful palace so my review reader you go any time Darjeeling stay in this hotel and write about this hotel on TripAdvisor.

Here I am staying seven days . when i go there then I feel very happy because a nice room is waiting for me. they provide good service as click a bottom . The are three floor.we stay second floor.

It's good for me because that's my frist time at Darjeeling.

Memorable visit

Awesome hotel.

Good

Good hotel but costlier, there are many places to visit and people s to interact and many languages to learn and different varieties of food to eat that's makes your life luxurious  and most important is the music sunrise

Summer vacation

Good hotel. Location was also good. But if u didn't walk to high  latitude please avoide. 

Hotel booked by yatra.com on a discount price(475/- only after coupons and ecash, original price 1200/-). When We are reaching 8.30 am hotel denies to check in due to low price booking and hotel was full . But after check in found some room still vacant (may be they wil come latter but till night room was vacent). 

I have Then twice called yatra customer service and they talk to hotel and accept check in. 

The room provided not dusted over month and bad condition but gysure working full day which is good sign. Normally 6 to 7 am gysure working other hotel.  Staff co operative, well behaved.

I think other room not so bad condition.

Overall good hotels. 

Good budget hotel

Darjeeling Summer Palace is unlivable and extremely disappointing. This hotel does not qualify even one star as most of the amenities including cleanliness that travellers look for are missing. We believed in the good word of the owner and paid of 3000 based on their website pictures but left the hotel after seeing the reality of shabby walls, dirty bed, filthy toilet, broken toilet seat, ugly building, slum type of surrounding, etc..There are plenty other budget hotels on the mall road at the same price which are clean and livable.
