Good hotel, cheap and best , good location.good budget hotel near mall market ( 3 mint. walking distance ). good friendly staff. food was good. have own restaurant.free parking area. balcony view was good.

i booked 2 rooms on peek season and i have great experience to stay hotel swan very very gud hotel and staff thanks to hotel swan staff. i always prefer to all people to stay in this hotels and enjoy the all pleases in manali. its too much comfort.

Hotel swan is nice property with good accommodation . Swan is near by market and on the main road of  good views with all facilities  parking is species rooms service is good and all off stay here good and nice defiantly stay here  

Good stay 

Was expecting bit more though I know it is a budget hotel. I have been to few budget hotels. But overall service, facilities are not up to the mark. Washroom materials, towels were short and actually they don't care it seems. Had to wait a very long time for breakfast. Probably ignoring us for some reason. I won't recommend anyone unless you are out of option.

Keep Less Expectation

We had 4 rooms booking out of which one room was good and the other three rooms were not at all good. The mattress of the bed was hard and there was some smell in the room. The cost we paid for this hotel was comparatively higher than the other hotels but our other hotel rooms were far better than this.

Trips worst experience 

Pethetic hotel as well as staff ,room was very dirty  ,all staff always drunk they dont have manners to talk with the guest  waist of money .please guys dont stay at that hotel,food was also not good .
Room revice staff not picup your call if they pickup call still they not take your order properly 😒 

Friends meeting

worst service by swan hotel. Manager Sandeep totally arrogant. poor service and food. due to manager's attitude we called on 100 manali police. they charged me double room rate and told Tumhe payment krwaye bina nahi jane dunga and threaten us even we was with family and children. poor parking facility

worst experience

Mr Manager i think his name is sandeep,was very rude.
He committed at different price at the time of check in,but at the time of check out it was different,he was charging more than committed.He was like he is local,he will not let us go without paying according to him.He was harrasing us,we had kids with us,they don't care about harassment.
Thanks to the local police who helped us.

Please choose any other hotel,don't go there.
