Best budget hotel in Charbagh. It gives u 24 hrs checkin  checkout. Parking available food is also awesome loved the ambiance

Hotel ANR

We confirmed our rooms booking at a particular rate, when we were about to transfer money they changed their rates with in 5 minutes. Behaviour of the staff is is extremely rude & they released our confirmed rooms & threatened for higher rates. They disconnected our call very abruptly

Review

How elegantly a small property can be managed is something one will experience, when you come to ANR lucknow.
People have been courteous enough right frm pre booking till departure, on phone & in person too.

A rezendevous

A good place for stay with healthy environment and good supporting staff all arr good people and check in and check out facilities are very excellent. It is a good place for your stay if you want to stay in for a budget hotel

Mast hotel

I visited the hotel for an engagement ceremony, the main function hall and rooms were so undersized and the arrangements were terrible. They charge for three sharing room but those rooms cannot accommodate more than 2 person. The entry for the engagement couple in the hall is so horrible that people will literally laugh at the way they have to enter the hall. The is no proper parking space and the management behaviour is disgusting. The overall experience was terrible.

They charge money for absolutely nothing

I had booked around 20-22 hotel rooms and banquet for my brother’s engagement and marriage functions and I would summarise the review in below bullet points - 
1. Room Quality - 5/5. All the rooms that were offered were very good and clean and well maintained. Couple of rooms did had issues with the intercom, AC and taps but it was addressed in no time. 
2. Cleanliness - 4/5. The hotel is very neat and clean. You may sometime face some delays in housekeeping but where not. The corridor and the rooms are well maintained and clean. 
3. Connectivity - 5/5. Excellent location and very approachable. Just 500 metres form Lucknow railway station. It is not far from airport as well, 20 mins drive. One can also walk to the charbagh metro station. Also very near to Aminabad, a famous market in Lucknow. 
4. Space in Rooms - 4/5. Rooms are ok for 2 people but can get congested if there are More than 2 people. Some rooms are small and have furnitures too in them so that makes them a lil bit compact. 
5. Food - 5/5. Food is amazing. Very good quality food. Value for money. I found it economical too. The dining area and buffets were very well organised. 
6. Staff - 5/5. Very decent and trained professionals. They will never trouble you for any tips or anything like we see usually at other places. Also they are always ready to go an extra mile for customers’ satisfaction. 
7. Banquet and Decoration - 5/5. All the events were amazingly organised and managed with zero complaints. Zero for real. 
8. Flexibility - 6/5. The hotel management and staff is so flexible that they are always ready to mould their ways for customer satisfaction. They are always ready to go way more than a mile to satisfy their customers. At least it was in my case. 
9. Parking - 3/5. The parking space is very very limited but the staff manages it very well.
Overall - 5/5. Excellent services. No complaints at all.

Hospitality Redefined

Please note that the Hotel asks for few hidden and unethical charges.
Worth to quote here my bad experience !!

We organized a Mundan Party in the Hotel and also arranged a small musical band ( comprising of only Keyboard & small sound system) from outside. Just before the start of the event on the arrival of the sound system, the Hotel management asked for extra charges towards electricity expenses likely to be consumed for sound system which was not informed earlier. Before booking the Hotel, we initially clearly informed the hotel management about some entertaining arrangement in the form of either DJ Sound System or small musical band and at that time it was confirmed that no charges will be levied. Hotel management provided justification that had a sound system/event been arranged by Hotel itself then it would not have chargeable, but it was not specified that charges are applicable if we arrange the same from outside agency. Having no other option left just before the ceremony we had to pay and felt very bad, thus ultimately leading to a very bad experience and unprofessional behaviour/attitude of the Hotel management.

Finally my personal advise to all that please fix-up/freeze all the charges well in advance in order to avoid any unexpected hidden or unethical charges just before the start of the event.
