One can have full 360 degree view of Mount Kanchenjunga from this hotel. It is located at top most point at Pelling. It is also a major tourist attraction and viewpoint near the helipad located along with the hotel.

Best view of Kanchenjunga

This hotel is located in the best position of Pelling. The view of kanchenjunga from terrace during sunrise is very beautiful. 

All the rooms of the hotel is not similar. The rooms in the first floor are well maintained but the rooms of the ground floor are shabby. 

The negative thing in this hotel is the food. I would recommend not to eat in the hotel but definitely stay here when you visit Pelling for its awesome location. 

Best location in Pelling

The location of the hotel is amazing with breathtaking view of Mount Kanchenjunga. But the rooms are not properly maintained or cleaned. Bathrooms are not cleaned regularly. The window curtains are stained. The foods are also not of good quality and too much spicy.

Not a fulfilling experience!!

I stayed for 2 nights here during December 2017. Even though we booked in advance they gave us totally dirty room. The room just went for renovation few days back and the carpet was full of stains and was not replaced. I asked supervisor to give a proper room. He told that all rooms are full and this is the last room available. With no other option I asked him to change for second night as other adjacent room was getting free on second night.
Owner also came same day and I asked him why they did not clean the room. He mentioned it is clean, just that the stains are not removed.  I requested him to change it for second night. He told if there is no booking he will change it. Next day adjacent room got changed. But now they demanded extra money for the room as it was different category. They did not have any courtesy as we spend one night in such a horrible room with dirty carpet. With no other option left I spend one more night in that room. I will post the picture of the room for people to judge.
Location is very good as it is on the helipad land. It offers best sunrise and sunset view.

Very good location wasted by poor host.

11 of us we reached Floret hotel on 26th Jan at 7pm.
We were given 4 deluxe room on the upper floor and 3 non deluxe room on the ground floor.
Please do not get deceived by the pictures the rooms are not as they are shown in the pictures... On the upper floor paints in the rooms are pelling off,the cupboards have broken handles,broken windows,broken main door lash and the toilets and not properly cleaned.
Ground floor rooms are terrible. 
This hotel charges a lot. Please note that the ground floor rooms max charge should be Rs.600 and the upper floor rooms max Rs.1500.
It was a nightmare we checked in on 26th Jan and we had to leave the hotel and shift to Clove International hotel middle pelling on 27th Jan.
We wanted room heaters in our room as it was freezing... But we were horrified after 1 of the heaters in 1 of my friends room exploded and caught fire.
The fire was exhausted but Mr.Mukjerjee the owner of this hotel started a fight with us.
Note that the hotel owners words are very deceptive they will say that the hotel is renovated etc etc but once you reach there you will have the worst experience.
Mr.Mukherjee is very very rude at the time of booking they will speak to you very nicely but once you reach there you will see there actual behavior.
They always say that trip advisor has false review but in reality trip advisor has the exact review of this hotel.
