Hotel Monad

Monad is a perfect hotel for a quick business visit. Minimalistic and functional with all the necessary facilities, this hotel is also easily accessible to several business points in town. The staff is exemplary. I must mention Vijitha the front office manager, who manages everything their customers need with such efficiency and ease, with her pleasant smile and ever-helpful nature. She went out of her way to ensure our entire team of film making crew, including 5 Americans and their specific requirements and preferences were taken care of. Thank you very much, Vijitha for making our stay truly comfortable. Vijitha has huge potential and she should ideally be working in one of the five star/luxury hotes/resorts like Kadavu in Calicut. Another staff I want to thank and specifically talk about is D'Silva a young and extremely enterprising boy, who, like an eager-beaver was ready at our door to help with any thing, no matter how many times in the day we needed his help.
