I stayed at the villa with my family, we had a great time in the pool and playing indoor games, the children had fun doing the activities available like horse riding and zipline..... the food service was great.... can't wait for the next vacation to go back again soon.

Great experience

The property is really good and spacious. Special thanks to Shafiq, Pappu and the staff for providing excellent service. We went there for a birthday celebration with our friends and everyone enjoyed a lot. The food is delicious!

Very Good property

First of all this is not PURE VEG RESORT.
They claim as this is pure veg resort but they serve non veg food also.
The rooms are not maintained and breakdown from many places. Many insect are coming in not safe for children.

Bed experience 

Firstly the Bunglow’s are huge and spacious for Big Family but the problem is that they aren’t managed well. Every room had some or another issue. Let me first talk about the room. There was spiderweb around the corners as if they rooms weren’t clean since months. No Soaps in washroom. You have to call and ask for towels. Bathtub had Jacuzzi but half of the buttons and function didn’t work and that water exit outlet wasn’t working properly. So all water got clogged. Bedsheet and pillows are not cleaned and had lot of stains. Flush in the washroom not working. AC was not cooling and remote wasn’t functioning. The room had smell of moisture as it was monsoon and they didn’t have any air fresheners also. Pool wasn’t clean enough it had all died flies and mosquito. Bed was so hard that you would rather prefer to sleep on floors. I personally really had bad back pain. Electric wires were kept open in washroom and it’s risky. Location is really beautiful. Staff is good and friendly. 
Food was average. You can order online via Zomato and skip the meal part. 
Don’t expect Hygiene over here.

Horror Aapke Liye

One of the best location and villa is specious. Awesome food, staff is very cooperative. Well maintain  resort. Lots of other activities to do. Location is perfect for holiday and event. Swimming pool is properly maintain . You can watch the exotic birds also.

Awesome food and beautiful villa

We, a family of 5 people stayed in this property in a 2 bhk bungalow in the 1st week of August2021. Right from the beginning it was a nightmare for us. Poor living conditions, totally unhygienic very poorly maintained property. Over and above that they are charging very high price even more than a 5* hotel. The whole property has seepages and leakages all over in the rooms. The bathroom fittings and plumbing are  all very dirty. The geysers are not working. The roofs are leaking in the bathrooms. The bed line and pillow covers are also very dirty. Nobody from the management is present at site and they are operating from Mumbai and are on the mercy of the local staff there so you cannot expect any immediate resolution to your complaints. Inspite of Raigad district being in level 3 covid lockdown, none of the staff at the property was wearing masks and not maintaining proper hygiene thus exposing the guests to covid risks.  The kitchen, bathroom etc nothing has been maintained since long and it seems they are minting money by taking undue advantage of desperation of Mumbaities to get out for some relaxing time from this covid lockdown. If anybody is planning to visit this property, please go at your own risk because you may have to spend your holiday in just setting these things right rather than enjoying your holidays. Not recommended for families who care about cleanliness and hygiene.

Nightmare aapke liye

1) It was not at all pure veg resort they serve sea food also so please be sure if you want pure veg resort dont go here they will say kitchen is sepreat n all but dont belive in that.
2) the resort hospitality is worst totally waste of money, i complaint for repair of light, shower nop, for cleaning window etc but till last date of my stay it was not done.
3) they say whtever written in review is improved now, same informed to me also but it is not like that nothing improved and if you complain than also it will not repaired.
4)  Price is too high as compare to facility given so i ask for discount at time of check out but not given.
5) if still you are going to this resort than i suggest never take villa number 5, and villa alloted to you please check first everthing working properly into it if not than change immediatly.
6) Dont wast of your money in this resort still if you want to go than dont pay more than 6000/- for one 2bhk villa per night.

worst hospitality i ever seen

Stayed here 20th-22nd Nov 2020 with colleagues. The experience was not very great.

1. Large space in the bungalow. Personal Swimming pool also available
2. Bathrooms are very ill-maintained. Not a good bathing experience. They can be simplified so as to maintain easily. The jacuzzi is not working and is completely avoidable.
3. There is no provision for drinking water. Although there is a big kitchen, it lacks good utilities. The refrigerator was not cooling well. There is a cooking range but it is not operational. We had to get our own induction pads.
4. The room service is reactive at the best. We had to inform them to come and clean the rooms. They can at least provide a mop so that we can keep it clean ourselves. 
5. Pest control needs to be done. There were frogs and giant lizards in the rooms that freaked us out.
6. Cafeteria is not so great. Poha we ordered for breakfast came very cold and lacked taste. Did not feel like ordering anything else. 

Not recommended for the weekend price they are charging.

Not a great experience - Not value for money

We had been there for 2 nights from 21 Nov 2020. i will not recommend this place to anyone. My reasons
1) very poorly maintained property.
2) Bedsheets were not washed. 
3) Geyzers not working in all 3 bathrooms. 
4) Cleanliness was very moderate
5) The office attendants seem very new to hospitality industry. They were rushing to help everytime we called them but them their standards were very low.
6) for the cost we paid - we could have stayed in a 3 star hotel easily. and they take everything in advance with 2K extra deposite( but the property was so poorly maintened now sure what we could spoil :))

Pros for the place are 
1) its approachability. 
2) very close to the highway. 
3) Good Dhaba's around
4) Isolated from residential areas. So you can be at ease as you wont disturb anyone...just other guests.

Not well kept at all. Waste of money

Galaxy Valley of Star really mean it, has lush green gardens beautiful design villas with private swimming pool and surrounding landscapes, have spl restaurant for veg and non-veg is served in villas. The owner of the resort is humble and took personal care of our requirements.  Place is just 60 KM from Mumbai which makes proper weekend gateway.
