Booked this hotel as there is no other option opposite to AIG Hospital Somajiguda. 3K per night inclusive of BF. Dad got operated few days back, as per Doc suggestion we have to stay back 2 or 3 days. The room is good in size, however small cockroaches occupy the cup boards. Not hygeinic enough for a patient. 

Water can outside the room is filled with fungus. Filled a bottle in hurry and when queried with reception , the boy is said to remove the can in a hurry before answering me. 

2 or 3 Different WIFI's are kept, none of them connects and the staff unable to help with connectivity.

Room rate is inclusive of complimentary breakfast, SOUNDS GOOD-- NOT YET... however sick is the patient they are only allowed to eat in restaurant and if food is taken to room Rs 100 charge per plate.

Be careful and stay only if no other option available.

Good staff.Next to the Asian institute of gastroenterology hospital.Dr Reddys. Thus its convenient for patients family to stay nearby. Expensive - around 2000 rs per night and 3 bed room comes with 2 bed and one extra b

Good hotel

Don't let the name and looks of the hotel fool you-very deceptive it is once you stay there. Nothing London-ish inside! 

A standard room I got was neat- fairly ok. Overall good. But the bathroom did not have a ventilation, which was eased out by making a hole in a wooden plank instead (without any nets).

Tycoon Restaurant inside the hotel was good. But breakfasts were boring. Ate almost the same food for 12 days! Some attenders are not much into good hospitality for customers. Most of the items in the menu are not available if you want to order. 

With the kind of promotion the hotel does, be prepared to access internet not inside your rooms but only in the hotel lobby in the ground floor. It is a long way up and down just to use a basic service of today's world like internet. You can see wifi networks of each floor but you cannot access them. 

In the reception lobby be prepared to see something interesting. A small space barred by partition chains, wherein there is a chair in the centre somewhat like a throne surrounded by other smaller chairs. At first it looks something London-ish, but if you are around when the key boss is there, you will witness a fascinating sight. The boss will sit on the throne-like chair and his staffs on other chairs, and start his official meeting in the open. 

Careful with your personal belongings too during housekeeping. Experienced loss of accessories, lodged a complain too but do not expect any stern action, though they make you feel like they will consider you. The key boss is in charge of everything. Hotel staffs are pretty much helpless and scared to raise a voice. The boss will boast you instead of his 80lakh worth Rolex watch that he lost too some time ago. 

However, it has a good location for patients who come for Asian Insitute of Gastroenterology. The place is right across the hotel. I found this to be the only good part. Rest is just terrible. It may be ok for staying 5 days but longer than that would make you suffer. You can also see that the 1st and 2nd floor of the hotel are occupied by AIG services, with doctors and patients.

There are other good hotels nearby to choose from. My experience reminded me of "everything that glitters is not gold"..having the name "London" doesn't make it feel anything great. Sorry that I will not choose this hotel again nor recommend to anyone.

My suggestion-the hotel management has to do some serious hardwork to stay in the business and improve its services.

Booked this hotel through Cleartip based on earlier ratings ...Not a Good experience....Stayed on 25-26 April 2018, Its by no standard a 3 star property, It looks like a Lodge, 2 floors of the hotel are leased to a Hospital AIG which is bang opposite.
The rooms are clumsy,bath rooms are bad,with leaking taps,most of the electric points-switches are broken.. The staff itself is un motivated and unhappy.
The dining hall is badly lit with dim lights, Ac is also not optimal .The restaurant refused to server food on 26th as there was no staff in the cafeteria.

HOTEL IK London..... A bad experience ...AVOID it ..

Worth the money Plus

I came from Canada
First, I went to ITC Kakatiya Hotel, it was fully booked
Then I went to  Park Hyatt Hyderabad Hotel, Manager Mr. Christopher was a kind person

But unfortunately, there was also no vacancy

They tried to  call some other places , but still no luck
Then the driver directed me to Hotel IK London Residency

Wow
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Night supervisor Mr Vinod was amazing very honest kind and helpful
Day shift Ms Misha was a directory of information always answered any question with a big smile

and welcoming manners and I saw that they are treating all guests like a family
The Hotel was nice,clean and quiet.Large rooms,  Superb nights sleep.

Breakfast was on the house. walking distance to local shops,malls and hospital
Some of the furniture were a little worn/dated but wasn't a problem and kind of fit the price.
It's in a very handy place with plenty of options for getting around in Hyderabad city.

The restaurant on the first flor was very good
and the food hit the spot well.

“Awesome location and very family friendly!”

I had visited this hotel at October with my friends for some business work when i reached there the manager and the staff were so polite and then after we got then rooms in reasonable rates after that we stayed there for 3 days the food quality is awesome,rooms where clean Ac temperature was cool if i visit Hyderabad once again i will truly visit
