A very warm welcome by the staff. front desk managed well and very smooth check /in .room service was Excellent a very friendly stay .all the things were arranged in well and cooperative manner.the food was amazing..  will definitely  visit again 

Fantastic stay

I have seen previous reviewers rated this property to the extent of 5. That was the reason i booked this property for 6 days for my family stay . But i could not give more than 2 as per my experience . Let me start with some positive points ....i stay in paying guest accommodation in Dlf phase 3. Since i had my family here for few days i had to book something for their stay . Hence i choose this property . The location of the property is very good ...however approaching road is pathetic ... Thats the general feed back of all internal roads in phase 3.
This room was booked from OYO . Hence the entire payment was done online in advance . However the reception folks continued following up with me for payment untill we came down and showed them the confirmation email... Staff training is an area of improvement the management should look out for. 

The menu card they have kept in the room is highly outdated...90% of the items of the menu are not available ... This was really disappointing ... Why do u keep something which u cannot provide ??

The most important factor is maintenance ... The management need to take immediate action on this ... The washroom had glass doors on the bathing area ... One day when the housekeeping folks were cleaning the room the glass door broke down into pieces with a cracking sound ... Just imagine had anyone of my wife or my infant daughter been there ... I would have repented why did i choose this property . 

There are many more observation which i am not able to discuss due to paucity of time . However overall i was not happy ... From room quality  to housekeeping to Food . The management need to take immediate action to fix these .... Thank you for reading

Very clean room, wonderful staff. Everybody cares about your requests. 
Value for money. Reasonable price. 
Front office staff gave me very good suggestion about the places to visit and best time to go. I was there only for a night but yes I will go back for sure.

Excellent service 

Excellent ambience, service, food etc. Best part is the main hall and top view. Saff is very cooperative. There is health club inside it and gym trainer also will guide you all the excecises. There swimming pool also

Best hotel in town

Very pathetic hotel, in a very crowded area with narrow streets. Difficult to locate. The rooms are not that good. Unprofessional staff. Worst management. Had issues during check-in as well check-out.  No card machine to do the payment.
