I would like to share my experience that the hotel staff are so humble to serve you. And the location is good And my check-in is also super smooth. They follow the safety standards genuinely and cleaning is done from time to time. Food quality and quantity is superb. Polite staff and all rooms have amazing view

So this is my first time ever here in Kashmir, gulmarg and I'm staying in this quite, comfy and cosy resort! Let me start by saying I felt absolutely safe and increasingly welcomed here! The food is great, soups are amazing and they have nice variety! The staff is extremely sweet, humble and generous! The manager, Mr. Khalid is an extraordinarily - a great host, he will help you with everything incase you need to know anything about the place or the transport. Everyone at this resort makes their best-do for you, be it the cook, the supervisor or all the other members of the staff. They are all evenly nice and they try to make you feel like you're home! This resort is also very near to Gandola, you can literally walk - I actually did walk up till there. You can also go for beautiful site views by foot, local market and cafes are also approachable from here!

Having read the reviews we were not sure the quality of hotels are good in Gulmarg. But this was a pleasant surprise. Great hotel… amazing staff… very well

On our trip to Gulmarg we booked this hotel. Very good hospitality. Tasty food at their restaurant. I really liked the chicken Kashmiri pulao, It was amazing in taste. View from hotel is also beautiful. According to my personal experience this is best hotel to stay. It's also nearby to gandola. They also give skiing equipments on rent. On my next visit I am gonna stay again at this hotel only. Will recommend it to my friends too.

Recently i have visited Pine Palace Platinum on 28/07/19 with 5 of my friends. My Point from 1 to 10 to this property. you should really visit this place with this king of properties.

View from the hotel is great . Just 5 - 10 mins walking distance from Gondola . Very courteous and friendly staff .

I visited this place at the time if snowfall. The whole staff was very caring and helpful there. We got stuck there due to snow storm. They helped us in every possible way to get out of there. Every member was very caring. It is a best place for solo female travellers and family. Food was nice. Rooms were spacious and well equipped for low temperature.

Beautiful stay!! Comfortable accommodation!! Jain food available too. The view from the hotel is amazing. Had a lot of funn. The staff is sweet and helpful. Looking forward to visit again very soon. Must visit it in snow season❄️

Stayed for 3 nights at Pine Palace Platinum between 20/12/19 to 23/12/19 on a leisure trip. During acute cold temp dipping to - 12-to - 15 overall service was too homely. Food served always hot and with warmth. Overall staff were homely.

I would start with staff. They are kind and hospitable. But you should keep in mind that you're in India, so here is some different understanding of service, that's why I put "Good". For two first days we were given a room where there was almost no hot water. Actually it was formally but it was impossible to take a shower for example with such a dripping. The second room was much better, but still we had some difficulties from time to time: getting up in the morning you reveal that there is no any water at all. Or you trying to watch some movie and electricity goes away. WIFI is available only on the ground floor and it's much slower than you can expect. It was even a long story to find working remote control for the TV there. But there is not a bad restaurant here and the price for this hotel is also quite reasonable. So if you're not very picky, this hotel could be quite a good choice for you, especially if you have somebody to laugh with at all tricks of fortune :)
