Hotel Jaspreet

Jaspreet is one of the finest hotel in dalhousie. Though it is a old hotel, but service and staff and the amenities does not make you feel so. They have neat and clean bedsheets, towels and other stuff required. food is great at the hotel. you dont need to go to the market or the restaurant for the food. It is all provided at our room.  you just sit , relax and enjoy. The main advantage is that hotel has its own parking space. market is just a a walkable distance from the hotel

Hotel jaspreet is one of the only hotel which has the best mountain and jungle view.

We got to the hotel late at night, and we were all tired. When we got into the room, it was stinky and what really annoyed us was when we asked for bed sheets, they were all stained. Some of the lights in the room were even working. The bathrooms looked disgusting, and we didn't even want to shower in them. Plus, there wasn't even toilet paper in the bathroom. In fact we found newspaper in the toilet, which really irritated us. We almost wanted to leave the hotel immediately, but we stuck it out for the night. We left the hotel the next day and found a better hotel. Definitely not for westerners. The only good thing about this place was the view, but many hotels already have a good view.

Would not recommend

I went on a recent trip to Dalhousie with my husband and a year old toddler and booked at a different hotel. However a day before my travel date i got a call from cleartrip informing me that the hotel i had made booking with, do not have vacancy for the specified dates, so they shifted me to this hotel from hell of filth. Of course the photographs are good on the website, however it was all a lie. The place was filthy to the core. They rooms were not clean, the bed-covers - pillow covers had dirty spots on them. the curtains were supposed to be blue and white, but they were black and grey with filth. worst were the bathrooms which will make you throw up. I changed rooms trice but all had the same story.  I know how i spent those 2 nights and 3 days in that hotel and was sick worrying about my child's health due to the unhygienic conditions.They best part was I called cleartrip about it and asked for shifting me to a different hotel and was promised a call back in 2 hours. its been a week sincei came beck from the trip but cleartrip's 2 hours hasn't finished yet. Worst experience ever!!!!! and certainly my last booking with cleartrip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic to the core

this hotel is the worst hotel in my life coz their was always load sheding of lights no good service,
manager was not even in the mood of giving respect to his costumers and he never gave any kind of service which even one star hotel gives.Here i wont even give a one star but i had to give coz i had write a review. who ever is thinking to book here pls dont book you are making a mistake.my ID is 1405221176.

the worst hotel of my life.

This was first booking with Clear Trip for 2 rooms for 2 nights for Adults and 3 Children in Dalhousie for 24th May & 25th May’14. I received the confirmation voucher that my booking is confirmed with Hotel Jaspreet.

I drove on my own to Dalhousie from Ghaziabad along with one of my friend and his family. It took me 12 hrs time to reach Hotel Jaspreet and by that point of time everybody was so tired that they just wanted to lie down somewhere. When I reached Hotel Jaspreet I was told by the incharge (Madan Sharma) that there was no booking under my name. Me and my family were surprised that how can that be possible and showed him the Voucher to which he was rude and as courtesy did not even offer water or any assistance. I even spoke to the owner (Nitin) who was in Ludhiana however even he was the same. 

I checked the rooms later and they were below quality....would recommend not to stay there.
