One of the best budget stay at coonoor. 3 KM away from the coonoor station and 1.5 KM away from sim's park. Manager Mr. Ramu is always ready to help. Always smile on his face. Mr. Franklin is very nice Person. Arrange Table Fan for me at free of cost. Great hospitality. Hot water available any time during u r stay. Bunk bed was the main highlight it was amazing. My kids really enjoy this bunk bed. Thanks Mr. Franklin and Mr. Ramu. 👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏

When I booked this place online, I expected it to be good. But once we reached the place, I was mesmerized! The rooms were lovely, the view amazing, and watching the sunset was sheer joy. Friendly staff and owner. Didn't give us anything to complain about. Neatly maintained place. Away from the city life which adds to all the positives of this tiny but amazing homestay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Coonoor.

The road to the holiday home was not that good. Besides that everything was perfect, the rooms were spacious, lovely and clean. very good staff always available and helpful. I loved the view opposite my room watching the valley below. shops and ATMs are closely located which is big plus point.

A five room property, El divino is a cute place with an amazing and helpful caretaker. Right in the heart of the city but still nestled away.The best way to spot it to to spot the Axis Bank.
 2 minor points that disappointed me:
1) The entry to the place is a task, especially if you are in your own vehicle. The road is rocky and can send your tyres as well as the base of your car for a toss if not extremely careful
2) The view from in front of the rooms could be better if the owners place was not right in front.
That being said, you can always take a walk to the parking spot and enjoy the view of a hilly city.

This was my first stay at a homestay kind of place. The property is located close to the bus stand and all the main attractions of the city. And the owner, Mr. Franklin is a very helpful guy. He helped us plan our places of visit, got us reasonable cabs and the caretaker Ramu was also a very gentle and helpful guy. The place provides beautiful views of the coonoor town and has been very aesthetically constructed. The suite has a small sitting area and a lavish king size bed and a spacious and very clean bathroom. Everything is very neat and absolutely impeccable. There are hearths inside the room as well as outside but I did not find anybody using them. The dining hall is separate and though food is not provided as complimentary with the room charges, they have arrangements for you to prepare a little something if you want to. Everything is very clean and very nicely maintained. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay somewhere cozy, comfortable yet not very heavy on the pocket.
