We stayed at Greenwood meadows,Candolim, North Goa and the overall experience was not so good. There is nothing like room service. No shops nearby to buy daily stuffs. You have to have proper swimming costume before using the pool and is worth Rs. 200/-. No channels available on TV. Please look for other options in Goa for stay. Our overall experience was less than average.

Terrible experience! Won't suggest this property to anyone.

Greenwood meadows,Candolim, North Goa India offers an amazing stay.The apartments has multiple accomodation options like 1,2BHKs with an outdoor pool.The rooms are clean,air conditioned and well equipped with all the basic needs you require during a stay like an LED TV in the living room, microwave,induction cooktop & an electric kettle are also provided in the kitchen along with medium sized refrigetator which has enough space to accomodate your beer bottles and much more.Every unit is fitted with a private bathroom with free toiletries.Towels are also offered.Overall the stay was comfortable and staff was cooperative and helpful too.Proper care was taken to change the bedsheets daily and to keep the rooms clean.

Note: I visited Goa from 14-18Dec and the best thing about the stay is that the guy(hotel care taker)helped us a lot in providing the milk for my 2 year old nephew during odd hours as well,which none of the hotel staff would do if you go anywhere.

Value for money nice place to stay

Rooms were good and within budget. Pool was Good. Service of Greenwood Staff was very Bad. Our TV was not working at all we informed them 2-3 times but they dint bothered about it. Also AC of hall was not working that issue also they dint addressed.
So please dont waste your money at Greenwood Meadows Candolim.

I booked this apartment as I wanted a nice play to stay with my mother. Well, it did look nice inside. It was spacious and had lots of light. But what do you do when: 1) the shower does not work 2) the hot water trickles 3) you are sleeping on a cane bed that makes screeching noises 4) you fumble with th door lock each time 5) there is no wardrobe or closet or shelves for your clothes. And when you complain to the landlord, he comes barging in at 10.30 pm at night demanding his money, not offering an alternate or a discount, despite you telling him to come in the morning since you are two women who dont want a male in their apartment at that late hour. I didn't like the attitude and energy of the owner and moved out the next day. Glad I did.
