Stayed there for 3nights. Paid 3000RS for 3 nights including taxes. 
Hotel is not clean and WIFI did  not work except for the first day.
Hotel said there is outage in wifi.
They have so called kitchen  without utensil or gas stove.
This are normal redential flats that are rented out as an hotel.
Strictly not recommended.

Bad hotel with no wifi

No one answer's the phone, atleast no one answered while I called from 1800 to 2100 hrs. It is actually an apartment hotel. They do support with a menu so you can order food. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms could do with some maintenance. There is no hot water connected to the shower, You would have to use the bucket.

Ok for a night in an emergency

i checked in very- early morning on june 5th, 2017 and yet, i didn't have any problems. the car-parking facility was very easy. the rooms are spacious. the rooms were of apartment type. if the hygiene is improved a bit more, the property would have been more awesome.

good stay

I stayed with this hotel for 4 days for bussiness trip where i found the room was spacious, but the process for operation was wrost as they says breakfast is comp but what you get , there is no such restaurant to dine ,they will send the b/f to you room , where your preferences for breakfast will not be considered.
They were charging 2000 for which you can find something best in town.
Front desk is there but there is no system to operate the work.It will take huge time for billing as the person will go some where to get the bills and all.
The management doesnot seems to be organised as they have given me menu card for which i orderd food later they told me its was old menu card when i complained to the management regarding this they told you can leav hotel without paying .

What rubbish is this!!!

Room is spacious but management and process of operation is wrost.

We were staying in to celebrate my Wife's first birthday. She said it was one of the best stays ever we had in any hotels so far and I agree. Lets start with the rooms. The room I booked was for a Premier room which had everything as promised. Cook top, Microwave and Bathtub as promised. The view was facing the park (only for premier rooms) (Deluxe rooms would be Road facing). The room service was prompt and really tasty food. Morning breakfast was Idli and Vada with Sambar and Chutney was delicious. The had 2 means of hot water in the bathroom, 1 was a geyser which would give you hot water instantly and the other which is solar for which about 2-3 buckets of water needs to be wasted. Still if you are a renewable resource user  you have choice. The staff were very friendly and spoke my mother tongue Malayalam. They were very gracious in terms of accommodating all of our needs like 1 hr late check-out, besides if you book through their direct channels instead of go-ibibo or sites like that, it would be more expensive but you get 24 hrs from the time you check-in.

Awesome Stay.

The hotel is decent, clean the only reason for my 1-star rating out of 5. The staff is not at all courteous(or maybe they are asked to behave like that). They asked us to pay (Full amount for one person) for the guest even if the guest was visiting us during the day time had an argument regarding this issue.
