best place in  low price for coming from out of  bangalore this  place is located  near  Race course. Rooms & bathrooms  very clean staff people very good even  car parking is also provided I hope even u people love it 

Well soo this property is located in the main heart of the city. It is close by to the airport Hardly takes 1hr to reach. Good and spacious rooms. With a nice breakfast you get. Very much privacy you can get it.

too good experience, food served is good, too good service, staff is good, they serve late night also. room is well maitained. prices of the room is fair. service is good. peaceful place. mid of the city.

peaceful place and superb service and fair price

This hotel was the biggest nightmares. The actual room size is too small than what they show on the oyo websites.  The room was only 10*8 feets in dimension. It was very suffocating to stay in such a small room. We have to ask for the bath amenities like bath towels as they were not placed in the room prior to check-in. The bed linen was also torn on few places. I think OYO ROOMS are concerned more about their business than the satisfaction of their customers. As i requested for a late checkout. The OYO captain only given us 1 Hour. And the reception keep on calling me about when I'm checking out again and again even if i already told them about my checkout time. This made us feel very  uncomfortable. Hospitality is not only about money but also customer satisfaction should be at the Apex.

CHEATED US WITH THE SIZE OF THE ROOM

Terrible is the only word to describe the property and the staff. My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 25 September’24 to 01 October’24, as it was close to our work. It was a nightmare. The staff are rude, can’t communicate in English or Hindi. The room service staff were worse. The rooms were dirty, bathroom even dirtier. The wc was not cleaned for ages. There was seepage and fungus on the walls, broken towel rails, torn chair, dirty linen, torn towels and the list is long. The room rate was inclusive of breakfast which was sourced by some outside vendor, hence they would serve it after 830 am, in the room. We requested the receptionist for breakfast at 8am as we had to leave early for work. We were told that he didn’t have staff to go and fetch breakfast from the vendor. So we left without breakfast on 3 occasions. On one occasion, the breakfast that was served had a cockroach in the box. I am attaching a video as proof. No regrets from the staff, as they charged us for the cockroach breakfast. We were shocked. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Stay was a nightmare.

I am a single lady traveller traveling for business and i am currently experiencing very poor service at Hiland suites in banglore.

The rooms are not cleaned inspite of reminding for days 
No breakfast is provided inspite of taking payment from me..

I want to raise that staff has been conveniently ignoring requests and really not helping in any way ..

I have to call for water, the AC remote doesn't work so at 10 in the night I had to change batteries. 
I travel so frequently to different cities in India and this is one of the worst...

It Shaming the entire enterprise of Fab hotel.
