Everything about this hotel was appropriate.The staff is very helpful.he staff are very professional, and offer a warm welcome at the reception. the bathrooms are clean and so are the rooms. The food is also excellent.internet is working good.
Overall we had a nice stay. Will visit again.

A perfect place

I had taken up this trip from Ajmer to Agra in 1st week of October 2013, we pre booked the hotel basis the following criteria 1. Cheap room rates 2. Nearness to Tajmahal 3.Complimentary BreakFast 4.Pick Drop service from station

Good Experiences :  The service of the boys were excellent, they were on toes for whatever was called for. Rooms are extremely beautiful, comfortable and clean very much unbelievable at such low cost. They had arranged for dependable,  honest guide/car service to show us around various places in Agra. The best service was dropping us at Railway Station to catch our train back to Mumbai in personal car as it was promised to do. 

Moderate Experience :  Food quality was moderate would rate 6.5 on 10. They promised a complimentary break fast but some items(paratha) order were chargeable. 

No so good experience : The place is pretty far away from Taj Mahal (Not as close as seen in Pics). It is equally far away from the Stations. We had experience water shortage in early morning but good service compensated for that.

Expereince at Hotel Har Kishan Villa Agra

After travelling in India for two months, and having no problems with accommodation we were surprised when at checkout there was an issue when they attempted to overcharge us,not only for things that had already been paid, but also with items we had not ordered.  The rooms were clean, but very small, with no outside windows (don't think any room had outside window), and bitterly cold, although heating was available, but at a charge.  We had to eat in our room as the only restaurant was on the roof, and the weather was far too cold and damp to sit outside.  By the time food arrived it was cold.  After 3 attempts to get information on accommadation in other cities we gave up, when no-one came back to us.  Located in subhurbs in a quiet area, but this did not bother us.  However we will never stay here again, and could not recommend staying here.
