We land pretty late at night.
The Pick up service was awesome and quick.
After we call (they said 10/15 minutes waiting) within less than 10 minutes they were already arrived at the terminal.
Staff kind and helpful!!!

Nice and clean, comfortable 

Hilmar was at the airport to pick us up within five minutes of our call. The house is clean, and the breakfast area was a wonderful place to chat with fellow travelers who had just completed their trip and generously shared experiences and recommendation.

Friendly & helpful host. Convenient, clean, & good value

The guesthouse is very clean and very pleasant. The breakfast is full of good food and drinks and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful and makes everything to make your stay and departure easy.
A shuttle is taking us to the airport depending on the hour of our flight. 
I highly recommand this guesthouse!

Perfect location near the airport and excellent service

This is a real gem of a guesthouse. Delightful & helpful owner/manager. Well appointed rooms with great facilities, clean & modern shower room and huge TV with international channels
Free WiFi was a nice benefit and the shared kitchens are really well equipped. Loved that breakfast was there ready for whenever it was wanted so it meant I could prepare mine the night before for the very early morning start.
It really is just a matter of minutes in the transfer car to the airport, perfectly quick & efficient service.

Last night before flying home

A comfortable and cozy guesthouse in an often over-priced location. The location is very convenient to the airport, and they let us park our car there while we were out of Iceland for almost two weeks. Amazingly, they went out of their way to pick us up at the airport (waiting over two hours for us!!) and were so gracious when we were ready to go. Such kind hosts. It will be my go-to place to stay in Keflavík!

Cozy room, great hospitality

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The self-service breakfast included. Also a very clever idea for early check-outs. The airport drop-off was smooth and on time. The common bathrooms were very clean. Don't forget to bring your own towel. Even if you do I believe something can be arranged. A smooth experience.

Good option

The hotel provided all that we needed - it was very close to the airport (they provide a shuttle which is great) and a clean small, basic room with a private bathroom (this cost a little extra.) The shared kitchen had two small tables and the breakfast food included bread, milk, butter, jam and Icelandic “sour milk” (like kefir) plus coffee. The walls are a bit thin, but nobody really bothered us. The staff gave us a key and showed us the kitchen. She was friendly.

Totally fine and convenient 

We arrive late in the night but they wait for us. The room is very small but clean. We have a privat bathroom. The breakfast you have to prepare by your self, but it's ok, you have, coffee, tea, juice, cold cuts. Is very close to the airport.

Close to the airport

Modern and clean but somewhat small rooms. Decent common kitchen and bathrooms. Free one-way airport transport. Self-service breakfast included almost nothing. A bit expensive like almost all accommodation in Iceland.

Practical for one night stay near KEF airport

Three of us booked this for the night before flying back to the US.  We realized right away that this was the worst accommodation of the entire trip.  To be fair, when we paid with cash, the owners deducted part of the price, which was very generous of them.

The room was large enough for our belongings, and had a sink.  Bathrooms were at both ends of the hallway, and our room was close to one of them.  

After sleeping for 9 nights in delightful guest houses and hotels all along the Ring Road, we had a hard time sleeping with street noise and road construction/painting going on.  Unlike every single other place we slept, we did not get the feeling that this hotel was scrubbed clean.  Perhaps we are wrong, but it definitely did NOT look, feel, or smell like a thoroughly-clean facility.  It looked old, tired, and dingy.  

Had we known how easy and fast it is to drive from Reykjavik to the airport, we would have returned to the first hotel of the trip,  Baldursbra Guesthouse,  in Reykjavik.  Next time we come to Iceland, we won't stay near the airport.  It's not worth it if you have a car.
