We have just left the hotel having arrived on the 11th September and can truly say that this is a wonderful hotel. On arrival, welcome drinks were given and then we were shown to our room, which was sea facing. The view is epic and one to behold The room was exactly as described on the website, clean, tidy and spacious The room was cleaned every day and free water was left each time. Breakfast was lovely, a varied choice and catered for all We also dined at the hotel and had a lovely meal, with good wine to accompany The staff at The Balcony were super and only helped make the stay more pleasant 100% would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tsvilli
