I am visiting Asproval 2 or 3 times in the past 3 years and each time I stay in Pansion Stella. To me and my wife the Pansion is OK - competative price, very good location, hospitability, air conditioner and WiFi... everithing I need for a pleasant stay during my holliday.
If someone seeks a VIP hotel there are other places in Asprovalta.
I am so sorry that there are such angry people as the one from the previous post.
Each time during the summer Pansion Stella is full of people.

A good Hotel

Everything was bad ! Starting with the behaviour, than wifi, than we had no electricity for a day, next up we had no hot water.  Creeking beds we could bearly sleep ! Worst vecation ever.... They don't relay on their guests at all!

At 45 Euros per day for a studio unit, Pansion Stella ought to provide a reasonable if modest, level of accommodation and service. It has plenty of surrounding competitors who manage to achieve this - however Stella fails quite dismally in my view, to meet the standards of its neighbours.

The only plus point is the location. Some 150 metres or so from the beach and within a short stroll from Asprovalta’s admittedly limited attractions.

Pansion Stella provides virtually no amenity except a car park and intermittent but complimentary w-fi. After a couple of days there, no cleaning had been carried out. When we took this up with the "manager" Maria, she stated that they did not provide cleaning. This was not acceptable to us and she said that as a concession to us she would clean the room on the next day and on one more occasion during our 10 day stay. She further stated that no one before had ever asked about cleaning, which stretched my credulity more than somewhat. She said that she would be taking it up with Booking.com to ensure that prospective clients would know that cleaning was not being provided. I have since revisited Booking.com and note no such disclaimer and can confidently state that their description of this property provides no accurate description of what to expect.

The accommodation itself was tired and dreary and although we booked a "studio" we had a room with a double and 2 single bed which put space to move around in at a premium. In a pitifully spiteful gesture, whoever cleaned the room removed the extra pillows we had been using, since the 2 pillows provided had the depth of 2 slices of bread.

There was not hot water supply in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The 2 ring stove provided for cooking was woefully ineffective and made even boiling water for tea or coffee soul destroying. Cooking anything would have been out of the question. Throw in furniture drawer handles that were broken and a WC seat that was falling apart and I hope by now you have the picture of an establishment which has surely seen much better days in the distant past.

Within touching distance of Pansion Stella are much better choices for your stay where I am sure proprietorial interest and pride are more visibly evident.
