The studios are in a great location. The walk to the beach, restaurants and port is only a few minutes. The room was very clean and it had lovely decor inside. Beds were comfortable and there was a free large bottle of water in the fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely place to stay in Palonia on the island of Milos. Great communication with owner Krystalia when booking on-line and she kindly arranged our transfer from the Port. Rooms very clean and fresh - we had room 10 with a fabulous sea view. Easy walk into town where plenty of restaurants, drinks bars, information and hire car places so all in all a great location.  

All excellent on the lovely island of Milos

Comfortable apartments within 1 minutes walk to the beach and baout 3 minutes walk to the main hub of the town. 

A friendly family run this hotel, extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, i could not tault them. You will also find a little kitchen unit with a welcome basket filled with home made treats to enjoy on your arrival :) 
Note though that you will need to take your own shampoo and shower gel as it is not provied.
Also, they do not take cards so be ready to pay in cash before you arrive for 50% of the deposit and the balance when you leave. 

I would definitely recommend this place to stay, i thoroughly enjoyed  it, excellemt value.

Great location, good value, friendly family run

Location is perfect just 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the center.
Rooms were very clean and hospitality is amazing.
Staff very friendly and ideal for relaxation
Sure we come back!!!!!!!

Vacation in Milos

Apollonia is a great place to stay on Milos - good choice of tavernas, decent beaches and handy for the ferry to Kimolos. A small island, so it's not very far from the ferry terminal in Adamas - the owners' daughter picked us up from the ferry as it was a night arrival. Maria obviously takes a great deal of pride in the apartments, which are spacious, clean, well-decorated and have air-con. A great place to stay. There's some good walking on Milos and, if you fancy a boat trip, definitely go with the Thalassitra from Adamas - a beautiful old style wooden sailing ship.

Great studios, great island

I have been visiting Mylos island for the last 20 years. This year we did a late reservation, 10 days prior our arrival (2+1kid), hence not many choises. 

My overall impression is that Kymmata studios is overpriced for what it offers and you have to compromise alot. (paid €95/day for 3). 

To summarize my overall ratting is depicted as follows:

Spot/easiness: okay for us however it could be better, 
Parking: not at all, 
Room amenities: acceptable, 
Cleaning: very clean, 
Room: totally unacceptable ground floor room - no view - no balcony - 3rd bed is for camping not for a hotel, very noisy in the morning. 

Tip: Stay only in first floor and ask for a balcony with view otherwise ask to pay much less and be ready to compromise.

Clean and very well maintained, there is little of relevance to especially praise or to criticize.  Will mention that parking can be problematic at times.  Certainly some rooms are much better than others in terms of balcony/view, but overall Kymata is good choice for a simple base from which to explore all that Milos has to offer.

Average Studios at a Decent Price

Trying to plan our vacation in Milos, in middle June 2015, we couldn't find anything for August and this small hotel was our last hope, so we booked it. The small hotel is situated in Pollonia, 300m from the beach. We have booked two rooms, the first with a spacy balkony and view to the beach, but with a lot of sun in the morning. The second with a very small balcony with less than a meter width, and no view at all. We knew it, i should say, but still, it was worse than what  I expected. The rooms were spacy and decorated well, for example there were leather seats (!!) and also well equiped with a toaster, coffee maker, plates etc.Both the two rooms costed for 90 euro's each per day, which I found unfair, as the balcony and view are very important for me, so the second should have costed less.
