We have spent 10 days in the family apartment, no 30. The apartment is super clean, daily cleaning, towels and linen changed every 3 days. Unlike most of the accommodations we were in Greece (and we were in dozen of them), the bathroom was specious, new, clean, with the shower gels, shampoo and soaps provided. New and a modern oven in the kitchen, nice Ikea plates and glasses... Free coffee was a real nice bonus for us. Very quiet. Perfect view. Bear in mind the following: the beach near the house is not as nice as the one in the center, so we walked each day. It is not more than 10 min by foot, but if you are super spoiled, it might bother you. But, that is also a reason why it is quiet at night and during the day. Also, I do love children, but due to the fact that they do not accommodate kids under 7 years old, it was very, very noise free. We will definitely come back.
